A cozy, warm, gorgeous little hideaway, super dog friendly and extremely convenient to Hunter Mountain skiing. I cannot say enough good things about Greg as a host, he was so responsive, warm, and accommodating, it felt like staying at a friend’s place. Comfy beds, great fire, thoughtful touches throughout the home, and fully stocked with everything you could want (seriously, I felt like I was in my own kitchen). Have not felt so peaceful and relaxed in a long time. Highly recommend, and we will be back for sure.

We had a great stay at David's place! It was clean, quiet and had all the amenities we needed. The space worked well for our family of 4. We appreciated David's communication and his hospitality (bottled water in the fridge, coffee, etc.).

House looks new and kitchen utensils are relatively new. well stocked with coffee, tea and snacks. Nice kitchen with an island and plenty of work space. Dishwasher is there! Chairs and table were dusty though. Needed to clean them before sitting. There was already a broken wardrobe door when we checked in. Informed the host. Location of house is in quiet neighbourhood. No noise disturbances at night. Nice little BBQ available at the back balcony, but we didn’t have plan to use it anyway - it’s too cold outside! We also didn’t ask the host if it is available for use. There’s a little fireplace at the back yard with two deck chairs. However it’s not available because it’s winter. :) Gave feedback to Jamie and he made amends for the dusty table and chairs and a broken wardrobe door. Fantastic host overall

We recently had an amazing ski-weekend stay at Gregory’s Condo. From the booking to departure, Gregory was very responsive and extremely helpful in every way. The Condo was impeccable, welcoming and well-stocked. Everything was thoughtfully designed and setup to host our group of 4 adults and 4 children. The Condo has been recently remodeled and has beautifully upgraded bathrooms and other additions. We really liked that each bedroom and living area had separate climate control. We will definitely be returning customers.

Such a lovely spot! Beautiful, reclaimed farmhouse. Only thing of note is that noise does travel very easily through the home, both from below and throughout the apartment. Other than that, the listing is perfect!

Gina’s place was the best! Very cozy, perfect location in town, I really felt right at home. And Gina had great communication and clear instructions. She even recommended a cute little bar with live music. My fiancé and I had a lovely weekend getaway and we will absolutely be staying here again and again. :)

Had the greatest stay at Mary’s place…it was absolutely perfect for us to walk to where we had wanted to go. We will definitely be back for another visit when we come to Athens! Mary is such a fantastic host, super friendly and helpful and we couldn’t ask for anyone better. Thank you Mary! - Leon

We had a wonderful stay at this property. I appreciated the useful communications that the host sent out in advance - from grocery store and restaurant details to activities in the area. The property itself was very neat and clean and very comfortable. The children enjoyed themselves very much. The views are lovely and we enjoyed our campfire evenings. The kitchen was thoughtfully appointed with everything we might need during our stay. We brought our airfryer but we needn’t have as the kitchen had a top of the line smart oven with air fry features. We ran into a problem on our first night but the hosts fully supported us even though it was late at night, and did everything they could to resolve the issue, which was happily resolved the very next day. I highly recommend this property and the hosts, and we would love to return for a visit.

Our girls’ weekend at Wilderkaat was nothing short of magical. The beds were comfy, and the stocked kitchen made meal preparations a breeze. We spent a rainy afternoon wrapped in cozy throw blankets, playing board games by the indoor electric stove fireplace. The outdoor amenities were a highlight: transitioning between the hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna was both relaxing and rejuvenating. We also loved making s’mores at the firepit under the string-lit sky. Every detail of Wilderkaat was thoughtfully designed, creating an unforgettable retreat for our group. Thank you Whitney + Anthony, we hope to come back soon!

This was honestly the best Air BnB I’ve stayed in. I booked this for a 30th birthday weekend with some friends and it was exactly what we were looking for - peaceful and quiet but also only about 15 min from restaurants and coffee as needed. James was amazing and let us check in early and was quick to text and help with any questions we had. I can’t recommend this place enough - stunning house with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and have their own space, AC in each room, comfy beds, beautiful kitchen, and a whole game room downstairs with a pool table and games. My friends and I all said we’d come back in the winter next time - we loved it that much!

Very friendly hosts. The stay was peaceful and quiet. We had our two small children with us and they absolutely loved the falls and creek. The water was close enough in the backyard to walk down to whenever we wanted, but not so close that we had to worry about our toddler wandering out the door and being in any immediate danger. I would recommend the Mountain Top Arboretum for a family friendly hike. We visited in the off season so several places were not open mid week. Plan ahead for meals, especially with young kids, as it can be a 20 minute drive or so to anything that’s open. Angel’s restaurant and diner is 7 minutes away in East Durham and has diner breakfast staples but also surprisingly good Mexican dishes and decent pizza in a pinch. We are planning a visit again in the summer when we can maybe get in the water a bit.

I absolutely loved this chic cozy cabin, so well designed. Also spotless and pristine. This was a sweet getaway with my family, perfectly safe for little ones as it is one-floor and open concept - and I hope to book again during the ski season! Jennifer is a lovely host, super responsive.

Anne is an amazing host and this townhouse is fabulous. Perfect for a mountain stay. Comfortable, spacious, great view of the mountain, clean, modern yet cozy. Very convenient to everything in the area. I cannot say enough about it, but having such a great host was the cherry on top, especially since we were there for an extended period!! You cannot go wrong!

Beautiful property and views. The place is super cozy and just like the photos on the listing. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Communication was excellent and the location was excellent. Lots of things to do just a short drive away, the hot tub was a nice added amenity and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely return again!!!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We hiked the devils path trail and Dimitry’s place was perfectly close to the trail and the restaurants around it. His place was great to go back to with a great shower and bath, a beautiful view and very cozy place, with coffee and a coffee maker. Very clean and Dimitry was responsive the whole way through and checkin and out was very easy. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

An excellent place to stay for a ski trip. Perfect location right at the base. Wonderful building with a great pool and hot tub. Excellent for a great ski vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicole’s condo! Clean, cozy, comfortable, and so convenient for skiing. We loved being able to walk to the lift, and loved sitting in front of the fireplace in the living room after coming in from the cold. The condo is a very good size for a one bedroom. Highly recommend and we will definitely look to stay here again when skiing at Hunter.
