We greatly enjoyed our stay here! Sergio, who lives on the property with his family, was extremely kind and very helpful to us. The property is beautiful, clean, quiet at night, and safe (behind a locked gate). It is also a quick walk to the main town area (5-10 mins) so we never felt isolated. In the short-term, there is construction going on next door starting at ~7:30am on weekdays, but if you're not planning to sleep in too much, it's worth it to stay in this place. Also, if you're in the kitchen or at the pool/outside, the construction noise is not too noticeable.

Excelente estadía en Antigua Guatemala, somos una familia grande con una persona de la tercera edad, ella logró poder moverse en el espacio y poder tener independencia, La ubicación es ideal para tener acceso vehicular, la entrada y salida es sencilla. Espacio vehicular amplio para varios vehículos. Estamos tan felices que ya hicimos otra reservación con la anfitrión Paula, gracias por todo. 🌼🌼🌼🌼

Our group of 11 enjoyed another lovely stay at Yolanda's place. The group came to serve in the community and felt safe and secure in the neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised by some recent upgrades (new cabinets in the kitchen and more seating available). The pool was the highlight after a long day of work!! Kike (the caretaker) and his wife were available and helpful when we needed them. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Anne's apartment was great, as described! It was conveniently close to Cayalá (a 10-minute walk across the street) and closer to other places like Cemaco and its nearby stores/restaurants. Her place, specifically, was very comfortable and well-organized - I would definitely visit again! Thank you, Anne!

Todo tal como se describe y se ve en las fotos, sin quejas de nada, ojo, la zona es muy ruidosa, pasan patrullas, bomberos y mil cosas, el aeropuerto está muy cerca así que es normal el ruido de aviones, pero eso a mi no me molesta nada, además si cierran las ventanas disminuye mucho el ruido, solo lo menciono por que hay personas muy delicadas; el acceso es muy sencillo y todo super limpio, lo recomiendo mucho.

This place was great and with 120 sqm of space it was quite comfortable. At night it was quiet and the blackout curtains were awesome! I would recommend staying here!

El lugar es como esperábamos, muy bien todo. Muy buena atencion, recomendado.

Incredible setting! The kids were delighted with the pool and wanted to just stay there all day. We took advantage of the poolside massage services. The beach is very steep, so it was more of a backdrop than an activity. This is on the third floor with no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have issues with walking. The restaurant is delicious and open from 8 AM to 9 PM every day. If you need to do laundry, it is not in the unit and it costs 25Q per machine use. If you have a vehicle to travel on your own, this is about 25 minutes away from main street Monterrico. We booked a sunrise mangrove tour and horse rides at sunset; both took place down there.

We stayed 9 days in Carlos Eduardo’s apartment. The location was great for our needs. The kitchen was nice with a full sized stove and plenty of dishes, pots and pans. It was quite at night and the building very secure. We would rent it again.

Un excelente lugar !! La estancia de Silvia es un excelente lugar, el condominio es muy seguro, muy tranquilo, bonito y acogedor. hay que tener claro que no esta directamente en antigua Guatemala sin embargo esta a unos 10- 15min del centro de antigua y el uber llega muy rápido . la casa esta muy bonita, acogedora, te hace sentir en casa, los cuartos son agradables , los baños limpios y tiene todo para que te puedas cocinar lo cual fue de mucha ayuda. hay una plaza comercial a 1km de ahi que tiene todo lo necesario. el area de alberca esta bastante a gusto para pasar un buen rato en familia y su terraza esta increible para algo mas privado con tus acompañantes. me encanto la casa, sin duda alguna me hospedaria ahi nuevamente.
