The place was wonderful! It had everything we needed, great location, comfortable beds. Kitchen had necessary supplies for cooking. The host was one of the nicest we have ever met — super helpful, kind, responsive and caring! Highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a comfortable, good looking stay in Bodrum!

The listing was incredible and better than the photos. Murat was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The resort is a newly build resort and has amazing amenities like the gym and spa. There is a perfect private sand beach. To be honest, the beach was one of the best beaches I have ever seen. The property has everything we needed to cook, clean and chill. The furniture is very stylish and comfortable. Both terraces have sea-view and a lot of greenery. I spent most of my time in the terraces reading my book, it was a piece of heaven.

The apartment is perfect for a couple or single person. My girlfriend and I stayed for a month, and the size was perfect. The location is pretty great. Everything is in 30min walking distance (Bodrum downtown but also Gümbet, which is another bay). It's on top of a hill though, so if you don't like walking there's always the Dolmus very close by (local small bus that leaves every 10min). The terrace is huge and has an awesome view of the marina. If you visit during high season, you might hear the loud music of the clubs. They are across the bay, however, the landscape directs the soundwaves to the apartment. Weird phenomenon. Luckily, the bedroom is on the other side of the house and it's always quiet to sleep. Ayca is a great host, communication is fast and flawless. Would definitely book again!

Absolutely fantastic stay! We were a group of 6, and the space was perfect for us. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after our days out. The home was clean, well-equipped, and the hosts were incredibly responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great clean villa to stay in! Enjoyed our stay with my friends, the host was very accommodating We weren’t to far from the main areas it was only 20 minutes away. This villa has a lot of space it’s beautiful with beautiful views! I would definitely come back and recommend

It was one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at. Everything was super clean, and looked even better then the photos. The place had everything you will need for short but especially longer stays. The location is also great, took no time to get to the beach and the city center. Hopefully we will be back in the future ❤️

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Tolle Architektur und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns direkt sehr vollgefühlt. Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen entspannten ruhigen Urlaub auf Kos, perfekter Mix zwischen Erholung und Aktivitäten vor Ort. Strand ca. 2min Fußweg. Tolle Bars, Tavernen und Restaurants unmittelbar fußläufig erreichbar. Dennoch ist die Unterkunft durch ihre Lage und den separaten Innenhof sehr ruhig. Dimitrios und Evi sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts war super, schnelle Rückmeldungen auf unsere Fragen sowie hilfreiche Tipps / Organisation für bsp. We were a group of 7 friends staying at the Theodores villa for my birthday, we had an absolutely amazing time. Louise who is the manager at TAF and her staff like Joanna, were super communicative and accommodating of our requests and gave us amazing service throughout our time there. The villa and the surrounding areas (the beach, the restaurant) all exceeded expectations and we actually ate at the restaurant quite frequently because we loved the food. We were serviced for housekeeping almost like a hotel but it still felt very private and luxurious. They also helped organise a private yoga session for the group at the villa for additional cost which was great. Overall, we'd love to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends! This is a lovely, private flat just 5 minutes from the beach (and 10 minutes from a hidden beautiful bay.) it's on the end of a row of houses in a village, so very quiet. it's well equipped with overall quality gear. we cooked 2 out of every three meals here easily. Kaan was the perfect host, quickly responding to any questions we had. if you visit and like cats, please feel Spaghetti (the red cat we befriended 😊) overall super happy with the flat, the easy location to the beaches, the privacy and quiet, and the landlord Kaan. Who speaks perfect English by the way.

It is a very comfortable flat, with everything one needs supplied. It felt like at home as all the amenities were really thoughtfully provided. Its rococo style decoration gives the home a cheerful character. Kitchen and bathroom is spotless clean as the whole flat itself. Manolis is reachable within few minutes and check in is perfectly easy. Thank you to Manolis and to his wife!

The host was great. Communication was great. The location is brilliant and we walked into Kos Town every day with our two little girls. The most lovely square is only 10 minutes walk and from there 2 mins further to the marina. Place is large and spacious, beautiful and clean. We will 100% be back Jon

Σταμάτης çok sıcakkanlı ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Üçüncü defa evinde kalıyorum ilk günden itibaren çok güzel bir iletişimimiz oldu ve yine her zamanki gibi çok güzel bir deneyim yaşadım. Evin konumu çok merkezi rahatlıkla limana, alışveriş noktalarına restoran ve kafelere yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün. Ev çok temiz, ferah ve ihtiyaçlara göre çok güzel donatılmış. Kendimi yine evimde gibi hissettim ve keyif aldım. Ayrıca giriş çıkış saatlerinde çok yardımcı oldu bunun için de ayrıca teşekkür ederim:) Kos tatilinde konaklamak için çok doğu bir mekan herkese tavsiye ediyorum.
