In deze sfeervol verbouwde voormalige garage naast ons woonhuis is het heerlijk thuiskomen na een lange wandeling of een dagje winkelen in Haarlem. Ook Amsterdam is vlakbij. Geniet van een weekendje weg vlakbij strand en duinen. Met de fiets ben je in minder dan een half uur op het strand en in Nationaal Park Kennemerduinen kun je uren wandelen en fietsen. Zwemmen in zee of in het duinmeer is ook heerlijk! Bij de studio kun je een herenfiets en een damesfiets huren voor €10,- per fiets per dag.

Deze romantische woonboot ADRIANA in het hart van Amsterdam is voor echte liefhebbers van historische schepen. Gebouwd in 1888 is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Het schip heeft 5G internet, TV, centrale verwarming, aparte badkamer en een gratis parkeerplek. U heeft het exclusieve gebruik. Light and comfortable studio plus porch, located in the quiet part of Zandvoort (south). You'll walk straight into the dunes! Around the corner is the South Boulevard and the beach, on a 5 minute walk distance from the centre. The studio is modern and comfortable with a kingsize boxspring, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a kitchenette (magnetron, fridge and Nespresso machine). Beside the porch there's a private garden. You can park your car for free on a parking space on own ground.

Prachtige garden suite met gratis parkeren

Met trots en plezier verhuur ik een 2 persoons tuin suite in mijn buitenverblijf apart van mijn huis in Heemstede inclusief gebruik van een eigen badkamer (in Dec 2022 geheel vernieuwd). Er is gratis parkeren op het terrein en er is een privé terras. Het station Heemstede Aerdenhout is aan de overkant en je kan fietsen huren in Zandvoort of Haarlem. Het is 5 min met de trein naar Haarlem en 23 min met de trein naar Amsterdam. Kom tot rust in deze vredige, stijlvolle buitenkamer.

Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

Also within cycling distance: Haarlem, the best shopping city in the Netherlands, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.

Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, bevindt zich op de begane grond van onze woning en heeft een eigen entree. Voor de deur is gelegenheid om gratis een auto of motor te parkeren op ons eigen terrein. Ons huis is gelegen in het mooie Kleverpark op loopafstand van het Centrum van Haarlem en het Centraal Station. Strand, duinen en bos in de nabije omgeving, ideaal voor wandel- en fietstochten. Fietsverhuur is in de buurt.

Gebouwd als een pakhuis in 1600, is het nu een zeer ruim appartement op de begane (85 m²), midden in het historisch centrum. Het heeft een woonkamer, eethoek, kitchenette, badkamer en semi seperate slaapkamer. Het appartement heeft een eigen voordeur. Zeer geschikt voor gezinnen.
