This condo is very clean and the photos in the listing match exactly. It is very easy to find and located close to restaurants, bars, and all the attractions Chattanooga has to offer. In fact the Parkway Pourhouse restaurant is located directly across the street from this condo and has great food. The host Shaun was very helpful and accommodating. He checked to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed to have a great time. Check in directions were clear and concise and were easy to follow. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Chattanooga that is comfortable, clean, and close to everything then look no further. You won’t regret it. My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

This was our first time traveling as a family of 3, our first ever using the Airbnb rentals, we made a good choice staying at Karen’s place, everything we wanted to do was within 10 mins. Really enjoyed staying here! We will be back!

This spot felt sooo quiet and private for how close it was to everything! The area it’s in is perfect if you want to walk everywhere without staying in downtown. Also the Murphy bed was so comfy :) Would definitely stay here again!

It was very clean and not too far from everything we wanted to do. While we were only there with another couple for the weekend, they also have it well equipped for traveling with children. Recommend!

Had a great stay. Bed was comfortable. We had something come up and needed to stay an extra nite. The condo wasn’t booked and they made it seamless to add another nite. And walked across the street to Parkway Pourhouse which was a neat good restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay while in town for a wedding. The place had everything we needed and was even nicer in person! Would absolutely stay again.

The perfect stay. The location was exactly as described. It could not have been more perfect for our quick trip to watch Hamilton. The place was immaculate and comfortable. As two females traveling alone we felt very safe and secure. It was easy to find with directions provided by Shaun. We felt well prepared and armed with information for our trip and we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

We had a great weekend stay. The condo was clean and felt like it had enough space for the two of us. The host is really responsive and will definitely do their best to accommodate you. The location of the condo is what we really loved. We did bring a car, so if you are ubering everywhere then you may not feel the same way, but it felt like everything was 5-10 minutes away tops. We were able to check out Lookout Mountain and Raccoon Mountain and those were probably the furthest things we did at around a 20 minutes away tops drive, but a lot of the time driving is actually driving to the top of the mountains. Plenty of bars, breweries, restaurants, shopping, and beautiful scenery all throughout the city. We would definitely recommend making this your home base if you are wanting to go out and explore around the city like we did.

Sandra was super amazing and helpful and super quick to help with whatever questions you have or if you have any issues quick to respond and help out! 10/10 would recommend loved the location being so close to downtown

We were very impressed with the communication of our hosts, as well as all of the special amenities. Coffee and waffle bar were an extra special touch! Highly recommend!

Super cute and cozy home nestled into the woods. Our stay was perfect, celebrated a friends 40th birthday and just relaxed all together. Train really isn’t too annoying. Parking is a bit tight but no major complaints!! Definitely would stay again.

Sandra’s place was just perfect for our trip! Clean, cute, comfy, and very close to downtown and Southside restaurants. I appreciated the proactive dining and hiking recommendations! Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Our stay here was great! The host was super responsive, the amenities were great, easy to use, and as shown on the ad plus there was an added fun addition of some lovely trails and farm animals walkable from our front door! All in all lovely place with everything as advertised and would definitely stay again!! Great for a larger group.
