We had an amazing time staying at Katy's place! We are local to Austin and had an extended stay here while our house was being renovated. Katy was so responsive and friendly, making us feel right at home. I have lived in Austin for 15+ years and this location truly cannot be beat! The neighborhood is beautiful and seemingly everything fun to do in Austin is within walking distance: Lady Bird Lake/downtown, South Congress, South Lamar, etc. The house is charming and just as described. We really enjoyed relaxing on the porch in the evenings and the fenced in front yard for our dog. Bonus points for being visited by a white peacock in the front yard!

The house and the yard was fantastic. It has a large kitchen, and living area . The sofa was so comfortable, nice and had plenty seating. I now want to go buy one just like it. The kids room was great. They had a tent with toys in which my 2 year old niece. The outdoor deck and fenced in yard was my favorite. My little corgi dog was so exited to run around and go stare at the cows and neighbors dog. There is a play scape/funhouse, tree swing , and a zip line. We got to see the cows in the back twice and they are beautiful . Amber left snacks for the kiddos by and keurig coffee supplies and tea. The beds were comfy and had soft quilts instead of thick comforters. Everything was very nice and clean and kid and dog friendly .

This was the perfect weekend place for my family and I! Check in was super easy and the neighborhood is very peaceful and close to the lake. Definitely recommend staying here!

First things first ... such a wonderful host!! I had a few minor situations happen but she was quick to respond and resolve the issue. You need your grass cut, you let her know and her and her Fiance come and take care of it for you!! Secondly... She allowed us to add something to her home! A fire pit! It was an ask and she was approved out ask. We bought and hope future guests enjoy it!! Also bought a few camo chairs also, for future guests to use as well!! This place is so relaxing, and close to lots of local eatery. Also not far from Lockhart which is where my husband and a few of his coworkers were commuting too. I would highly recommend too anyone who is visiting for a relaxing getaway, business. Beds are small but comfortable. Comfy bedding. Cozy couch, you'll slink right into them and cute and comfortable Egg Chairs. If you've come across this review it's because your considering the AirBnB ... Don't skip last it. It's truly a Gem 💎!! We had a great time. The location was perfect with a great yard for our dogs. The country atmosphere is just what we were looking for! The house is very comfortable with plenty of room. The bedrooms are a little small. But this is an older home so not surprising. We really loved having a large dining table and china cabinet for Thanksgiving Day. Felt very homey 💕

Great home! Cute and thoughtful. Back yard is adorable. Sat out on back patio and worked peacefully. Carissa was great at communicating.

The room matches the pictures. Not spectacular, but 100% worth the price. Nicole was very responsive with any questions we had and was a great host. The building the unit is located in does feel a bit run down, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Also worth noting the washer & dryer described in the listing is located in a shared laundry room within the complex.

Very responsive hosts, flexible since we wanted to continue staying more days, apartment was very cute and matched the description. We felt right at home and would love to stay again

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Susan's place was clean, quiet and in a great location to quickly access restaurants, shopping and events it was one of the best organized locations I've stayed in I would definitely stay here again

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect location for us! We mostly took Ubers around but did walk from S. Congress once and the walk was not bad at all. Very private and quiet neighborhood. Our code didn't work right away, but the host responded quickly and got us in (and even allowed us to check in a little early!). Great place to stay, would stay here again if we come back to Austin!

We had a fantastic stay, with everything we needed. It was also very convenient to get to the South by Southwest venues, only about a 15-minute taxi ride away. There are also many great craft breweries nearby where you can grab a drink and relax, or you can buy food and cook back at the accommodation. It's also very close to Walmart. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Our stay at Rachel’s was perfect, very nice spacious home that is within a couple miles walk of lots of amazing restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend

The accommodation at Rick's was great. It is located in a quiet area. We were looking for accommodation close to The Salt Lick and this accommodation is not only close but also offers everything we needed. It is definitely suitable for long term stays. It is a small apartment that has a fully equipped kitchen including stove and oven, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker (coffee was provided). All utensils, spices, cleaning products... The nook with a small sofa and table was also nice. Quiet beautiful place with a view of the horses. Sorry we only spent one night in the area. If we can ever return, we will definitely stay at Rick's again.

Stunning view. Only a 20ish minute walk downtown which was nice. BnB had everything we needed for the weekend. Pro Tip: There's a fresh water spicket inside the fridge so no need to find a filling station!

Great place for our weekend stay! Michelle was incredible at communication and hospitality. The decor and layout of this home was exactly the vibe we love. The space, various games, and seating had us so cozy and connected! Book this place if you want peace and mind when visiting San Marcos.

The condo was great. Valet and front desk staff were friendly, the building is beautiful, and the bar/coffee shop in the lobby was so nice to have. The pool is small and was very busy but was clean and had nice lounge chairs and cabanas. The condo was clean, comfy, and decorated nicely. The only negative was the lack of lighting, especially when you’ve got four girls trying to do make-up, but the host was receptive to my suggestion for adding a lamp. Their communication was excellent.

Jessica was a great host! She communicates clearly and is accommodating. The place was clean, the location is nearby a lot of great food spots, and the area is safe. I really appreciate how we had a late checkout and Jessica was very understanding. Would gladly come back!

Great location and great unit. The only thing I’d change is less messages. It was tough to actually find the codes and important info with all the long messages!

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful. The couch was comfortable and great for a nap. The view was amazing but wow watching the traffic outside made you want to stay in or walk. Rainey street was great for drinking but not enough food options. The bed was comfortable and the place was stocked with everything we needed.
