The house is located on a small and quiet cul-de-sac, a couple of minutes from Watlington village centre and all the amenities it has to offer. It has easy access to Oxford and London. Watlington is a lovely small town with a few restaurants, a pub with nice outdoor space, sustainable shops and other amenities. People are warm and friendly. There are nice walks in nature that are at walking distance, and there are lots of other choices if you drive.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced retreat between historic Oxford and the Bicester Designer Retail Outlet, come and visit Huckleberry farm :) outdoor bbq dining available for dining al fresco (no kitchen)! or takeaway at the cosy table for two (small ones) in the hut. there is an outdoor unplumbed portaloo and a fresh cold water tap (no Bathroom). local hotel offers a day pass with swimming pool, gym, sauna & steam room for £10.
