Great stay and amazing location! Quiet area , clean home , enough space for kids! Bonus this cute little house was so open and airy with the floor to ceiling windows , garden in the back and cute interior design ( not your average grey scale that comes to every other listing )

Katie’s Lodi home was perfect for us. We were a group of four adults. The only drawback was the second flight of stairs to the two bedrooms. The stairs are very narrow. Otherwise, the place is easy to find and is surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and health clubs. Most things are walkable!!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. Joseph and family were very welcoming. It was easy to find And Easy to park in the gated driveway. Definitely an extra perk to have your car parked there behind the gate. The courtyard is very nice with a glass table and chairs to enjoy. The Dog on the property was sleepy and nice! The basketball hoop and basketball for my son was great! The house was extremely clean! Very nice linens, lots of extra towels. The place definitely had everything we needed! Joseph was very patient and easy to communicate with, as we were super confused about the bus schedule and how to buy tickets, but he took lots of time to explain everything to us! The location is really great to get into New York City. The bus comes right outside the front of the house and it takes about 20 minutes to get to Times Square! There’s a little shop you can see from the front of the house that you can get necessities and there is a great little Colombian restaurant near by so delicious!

Host was responsive. The place was clean and offered everything the listing said. The area was not exactly what I was expecting, but that is no fault to the host. Satisfied with our stay, what was offered, and overall very thankful for accommodations that allowed our family a few hours of rest/a place to gather ourselves before our very early flights.

Heerlijk huis, rustige buurt. Alles voldeed aan de beschrijving, alles was schoon. Alleen jammer dat de bbq buiten niet bruikbaar was maar verder niets op aan te merken. Heel fijn verblijf gehad!

we stayed at Jennifer's place for about a month and a half. it was exactly what we needed in terms of space and was nice and clean. I can't say enough about what a great host Jennifer was as well. super responsive and helpful anytime we needed anything. we also ran into some delays with our timeline to leave and Jennifer was so accommodating. we can't thank her enough for her hospitality!

We stayed here as a family of 4 whilst sight seeing in New York. The apartment very comfortably accommodated us all. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was well equiped and had everything we needed. There is a big hypermarket about 5 mins walk away. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment building and surrounding area was quiet. It was about 7 or 8 minutes walk to get to the bus to get over the George Washington Bridge and then onto the Subway system. All in all this was a great place to stay.

Excellent place to stay. Mina is a great host, very responsive and flexible.

Place was great for our family. Felt safe and private. Area was not loud at night. would highly recommend for couples and family's visiting NYC. He also gave us clear detailed instructions on how to get to the city. We also liked that there was a Walmart near by to get some stuff that we didn't pack.

Großartig!! Wir kamen mit dem Auto an, J. stellte uns ohne Probleme, obschon nicht gebucht, einen Platz in der Garage zur Verfügung. Großartige Ausstattung der Whg. auch für Familien mit Kindern. Innen: Stilvolle Einrichtung, Komfort; draußen: Bus-, Zug- & Fährverbindungen nach Manhatten und zum Liberty State Park in der Nähe! Im Viertel sympatische Präsenz lateinamerikanischer Nachbarn mit Restaurants, Cafes, Supermärkten und Werkstätten. Auch Schulen und Kindergärten in der Nähe, so ist die Umgebung sehr sicher, freundlich und auch nicht so trubelig wie in NYCity. Unsere 14-Jährigen Kids fanden es auch supertoll! Obwohl die Unterkunft eine sogenannte Souterrainwohnung war (auf einer Seite sieht man die Füße der Vorbeigehenden; die andere Seite hat jedoch einen Zugang zum Innenhof) haben wir (3 Pers.) uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Dadurch, dass wir tagsüber immer in NY-City waren hat es uns auch nicht weiter gestört. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Im nahen Umfeld gibt es e. kl. Minimarket, kleine Restaurant (Take-away, Asiaten, Mexikaner, Brasilianer, super nettes Frühstücks-Cafe usw.) Ein größerer Supermarkt ca. 15 Min. entfernt (zu Fuß). Noch 1 Block weiter gehen und man sitzt am Ufer vom Hudson-River. Genialer Blick auf die Skyline; etwas nach rechts gehen Miss Liberty. Zur Station "Groove" vom "Path" sind es nur 5 Min. Mit dem Zug ist man in 20 Min in Manhattan World-Trade-Center. Nur dicke Socken oder Hausschuhe sollte man dabei haben. Der Boden war schon recht kühl (April). Am Ende waren wir froh nicht Downtown zu sein. Die Gegend hat Charme.

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

Cecia etait très aidante et répondait rapidement. C'est facilitant quand on a besoin d'aide pour les stationnements ou autre. Lofement propre, fonctionnel et accueillant. Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir.

Jennifer's place in Jersey City is the perfect location to get away from the hustle and bustle of NYC. Just a short walk to the PATH station and tons of restaurant options in between. Her place felt like home after our busy days in the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Usufruímos deste apartamento em família, num grupo de 6 adultos. A nossa estadia foi perfeita, apartamento espaçoso, agradavelmente decorado com cozinha bem equipada, qualidade e totalmente funcional. O terraço tem uma excelente vista panorâmica, sendo que o clima não nos permitiu a sua utilização. Conforto e limpeza 5 estrelas. Foi uma ótima base para explorarmos NYC, encontrando aqui um refúgio calmo para o necessário descanso e convívio familiar. Fácil acessibilidade por transporte público. No nosso caso Uber/Lyft que em 10 minutos nos colocavam na estação de Hoboken. Sem dúvida que voltaremos a considerar esta opção numa futura visita.

Ken's place was a block away from my brother's home. Couldn't have been more perfect. Such an easy walk to the Path Station. Felt quite safe in the area. Lots of light. The sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress. My oldest brother, 6'6", said he slept comfortably. Great value. Already referred a friend there.

This was our first time as a family taking a NYC trip. Staying right in the city was extremely expensive so we considered being on the other side of the river. It worked out well. Olga’s son Hirian helped us as Olga was in FL. Hirian could not have been more friendly and helpful. Apartment is as described and had plenty of room for all of us. The 2 bathrooms really made a difference with 3 kids and all of needing to shower after a long day in the city. Apartment is right on the bus route for the city. Hirian is always available for any questions. Only X factor is parking but there a lot close by. You just need to keep paying on the app. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is a great choice!

The place was exactly as described and was a perfect home base for our family to stay. Very clean and quiet place with a full kitchen that we used for a number of meals. We walked to the Path train daily which was straight forward and felt safe - even when we came back late after seeing a musical one evening. Roy obviously really cares about his guests - giving suggestions of restaurants, stores etc. He was always very responsive and friendly. We would definitely return.

Our stay at The Home Away was nothing short of fantastic. On arrival, we had the pleasure of meeting Ricardo, who gave us a bunch of local recommendations as well as how to get into the city, etc. Our hosts were wonderful and really made us feel welcome as it was our first time visiting New York. The apartment itself is amazing, very clean and spacious, with some of the best views of the New York skyline you're likely to find. The area felt very peaceful and safe, far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city while still feeling very connected to it. The location was incredibly convenient; the bus stop just outside the apartment has very frequent services that get you into Manhattan in less than 15 minutes. There is also a ferry port within walking distance that runs over to Manhattan every 20 minutes. There were plenty of shops and restaurants around the apartment, so you don't need to venture too far. Overall, our stay was 10/10 and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in NYC.

This place is great for a big group! Lots of room and a beautiful terrace at the top.

Wir hatten 12 sehr schöne Tage in der Wohnung von Christabella. Die Lage ist ideal, um sowohl New York City als auch die reizvollen Gegenden am Westufer des Hudson River zu erkunden. Besonders praktisch: Der nahegelegene PATH-Train bringt einen in nur 8 Minuten zum World Trade Center und in 19 Minuten zum Empire State Building – die Anbindung an Manhattan ist also perfekt. Aber auch Jersey City selbst hat viel zu bieten, mit zahlreichen guten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Christabella war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Die Wohnung war genauso, wie sie beschrieben wurde – sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Kamran was a lovely host. he was attentive when we needed to ask questions. the appartmemt was tidy, quiet. the trip into Manhattan is between 1 and 1.5 hours, would recommend the BM1 bus for a more direct route to the financial district. good stay.
