The Springs House was perfect for us! It was comfortable, clean and exactly as described. We were in town for our daughter's college graduation at UF. It was about a 30 minute drive to campus, but easy and worked great for us. We spent a morning at Ginnie Springs which was awesome! It was very close too! We'd love to come back and spend more time exploring downtown High Springs and more of the numerous springs in the area! We would definitely stay at The Springs House again. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautifully kept vintage cottage with original wooden floors from the 1940’s very comfortable and warm atmosphere Located close to downtown and campus I also enjoyed having my dog with me and we walked the neighborhood every day. Ananda is very friendly and responsive to all communications.

Stayed here while visiting a friend for her baby shower. Beds were comfortable. Everyone has a place to sleep. Great location.

The perfect quiet and peaceful cottage! Our stay was wonderful. The house is extremely well maintained and immaculate! The beds are comfortable and the home is furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this home for your next visit!

This was hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, and for so many reasons. From start to finish, communication was flawless. The home itself is a perfect balance of professional designer style and comfortable, practical living. It’s beautifully decorated, and the landscaping is just as stunning. What really sets this place apart, though, is how thoughtfully the hosts have considered every guest’s needs. We arrived to a personalized welcome basket with a heartfelt thank-you card, special graduation gifts for our kids, a bottle of wine, snacks, and cold water. It was a lovely, welcoming touch that made our stay even more memorable. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Our stay with Cathy and Dale Lakefront Retreat was nothing short of amazing. They were warm, generous, and super helpful from start to finish. The property is incredibly tranquil with plenty of privacy and nature all around—perfect for outdoor lovers. Birdsong greeted us each morning and evening, so bring binoculars if you’re into birding! Plant lovers, get ready to be wowed by Cathy’s stunning tropical collection. Local gems like The Grove Shack and Italian Betty’s hit the spot, and the BBQ truck on the corner was a delicious surprise. If you’re looking to unwind, reset, and escape the rat race, this is the place. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay here and the location is great! Norma and Mike are super responsive and helpful. There were plenty of heaters to keep the house warm in the cold days and the place is stocked with many things to make a long stay comfortable. The location is close to many parks and there was so many things to do nearby. The bed was a bit softer than what is comfortable for me but I still slept well and had a great month!

This is my second time staying at Kellie’s place. As with the first time (scroll up for first review) everything was perfect!!!! Kellie is an amazing host! She is friendly, proactive and goes out of her way to make sure you feel at home! This place has the most comfortable, HUGE bed with very soft linen. I love having a tv in the bedroom so you can watch a movie in bed to wind down. The kitchen is well equipped and having a Keurig coffee maker and pods is so convenient. The entire place is IMMACULATE! The unit is very quiet and private. It’s also so close to many springs for summer months and a quick 20ish minutes to Lake City. Don’t hesitate booking this sweet spot when travels bring you to Branford!

I had a few doctor appointments, and this place was perfectly located. It was just like the description, and the balcony at the back was perfect for relaxation and stargazing.

Julia's place was a quiet retreat for my friend and me. We utilized the pool and just played cards and hung out quietly enjoying our surroundings and friendship.

This was a nice little spot! The laminate wood flooring throughout gave the unit a really nice feel, and everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having easily accessible charging plugs right next to the bed – so convenient! The water pressure in the shower was also great. Beyond the practicalities, the inside was quite stylish. It offered a comfortable amount of space for one person or a couple. The location was great for my needs, offering easy access to Gainesville while being just on the outskirts of the University of Florida. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb!

It’s an older property, but owner tries their best to keep it in good condition. Was cheaper than a hotel and had much more room for our group. Would rent it again.
