We could not have found a better place to stay while having renovations done at our own home. We packed up our gaggle of golden retrievers and one beagle and felt welcomed the moment we stepped into the house. There were treats for the dogs, blankets to put on the couch, verrrry comfortable twin-sized memory foam dog beds and endless amounts of toys for our pups to enjoy. There was also a treat station as well as lickit mats and doggie painting to keep these retrievers happy and busy. This house is so dog friendly. It’s a perfect balance of a beautiful home for the humans that is also perfect for the dogs. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen large and well-stocked with necessities, such as paper towels, dish soap, dishes, pots and pans and that stove…. Beautiful! The bed was very comfortable and cozy. If the dogs hadn’t wanted to get up so early, we may have slept part of the day away. Having the availability to do laundry was also very helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This place is simply incredible. A vintage mid century modern gem overlooking a lovely farm with mountains on the horizon. The pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with everything you could desire to host large family get togethers. Philip was extremely responsive and friendly throughout. My only regret is not knowing how to play the piano. We can't wait to come back in the warmer months to see the farm and garden in full effect. 10/10 recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the farm while visiting family in the area and I’m sure we will be back next time we visit NH again! Our hosts Julia and Jim were super helpful and had everything we could possibly ask for activities. We stayed in the Adventure Suite and really appreciated the two bedroom space to spread out with our toddler. The beds were cozy and the insulation was great - while there were other guests staying at the farm, we never heard them or had any problems with noise disturbing toddler naps/sleep! Our toddler loved all the toys available in the playroom and also being able to feed the horses and see the chickens. Highly recommend for families and anyone looking for a cozy getaway with lots of things to do right on-site.

The perfect place for a few days getaway will definitely be back someday

My group stayed at Phil and Kaylin’s for an event at the SNHU arena. The location was perfect as the arena was only a few minutes away from the property. Phil and Kaylin also went out of their way to provide an early check in time so my group could check in prior to the event at the SNHU arena starting. The flexibility was very appreciated. The house was very spacious and clean.

My epic pass holding friends this place is a one way stop to hit all of NH resorts. It’s close to crotched and Sunapee. And a short trip away from Attitash or wildcat. with some really good food spots close to the Airbnb all within walking distance. This spot worth it 100%

Had a great stay. Hosts were very responsive and made every part of my stay easy and peaceful. Definitely recommend for anyone with pets as well as I stayed with my two dogs

The unit was just as nice as the pictures in line. Everything was clean and easy access. We enjoyed the space and location.

Frank is a great host. This is by far the best AirBnB I’ve stayed at. Not only was everything spotless but the added amenities by Frank exceeded expectations. There are 3 electric vehicle chargers, one Siemens that is 30 amp charging at 6.6kWh but 2 additional Tesla chargers that are 60 amps charging at 11 kWh. No worries about where to charge my vehicle(Rivian R1S) while staying here. He also left tons of sports equipment to enjoy. There’s a Kayak, pedal boat, bow and arrows, as well as a ping pong table and gym. The deck also is great place for dinner and relaxing. With a propane heat, tables, lounge chairs, and grills there’s nothing Frank didn’t think of! Will definitely stay here again, 11/10!
