事前の施設案内から、コンタクトをとっていただいて助かりました。 私自身はあまりレスが早い方ではないのですが、こちらの質問にも丁寧に回答してもらえました。 スキー場の近くのようで（私はウィンタースポーツをやらないのですが）実際にゴールデンウィークでも近くのホテルで雪の滑り台がありました。 掛け流しの温泉も風情があり、冬場はお湯を足して利用するとのことでしたが、ゴールデンウィークも夕方以降の気温は10度を下回るので、お湯を追加して楽しみました。 基本的には夜ご飯は毎日外でバーベキューをしていましたが、開放感あふれる中でのバーバキューは楽しかったです。最も近いスーパーは品揃えがあまり良くないので、事前に調達してから行くか、どこかの観光ついでに食材を調達することをお勧めします。 新潟（湯沢~南魚沼）にも1時間程度で着くので、群馬と新潟の両方の観光も楽しめるのもメリットです。 1点、利用頻度の高いドアが閉まりにくかったりしたため、子供が閉めるとうまく閉まらず、冷気がリビングに注ぐことがありましたので、そこは注意が必要だと思います。

宿泊初日に、家族が体調を崩してしまいましたが、迅速な対応をして頂き、とても助かりました。 また、お裾分けなどもたくさん頂き家族みんなとても喜んでいました。 またぜひ利用したいと思います！ ありがとうございました。

Amazing hosts that went way out of their way to accommodate! They had great recommendations for what to see and try out! We're looking forward to staying again!

We were not going to make it to the accommodation until later in the evening. We let the host know and they were very responsive and understanding. Given the directions from the host and using Google maps, it was very easy to find even in the dark. The house was very clean and seemed to be recently updated. Western toilet and in ground bathtub were a plus. We didn't stay long but we definitely enjoyed it!

We had a wonderful time at Naoki’s home at Appi kogen. It was a brightly lite home, well equipped and comfortable for our two night stay. Naoki was very responsive before and after our check in. He even helped up with suggestions for what to do in the area as well as further in our journey. We had an enjoyable stay and hope to return!

掲載内容に違わぬ綺麗な家屋と設備、周辺環境にただただ感動しました。滞在期間通して天候が悪かったので星は見られませんでしたが、屋内でとても有意義に過ごすことができました。何より設備や周辺施設についてのコミュニケーションが常に丁寧かつスムーズでしたので、準備や現地での動きが迷いなく出来ました。最高なステイになりました！

ゲレンデからはシャトルバスで行き来しやすく新築のため部屋もとても綺麗でした。オーナーの方からの連絡はとても早く親切でわかりやすかったです。

Our group of 6 adults loved our stay at Birch Cabin. Would certainly recommend having a car, despite proximity to skii slopes, as the walk looked arduous. In our case, with a car, we had a great time with no issues. The place was as great as it looked.

숙소도 깔끔하고 호스트분도 친절했습니다

We stayed at harmony house with a large group of friends for snow season. The house is perfectly located in echoland, a very short walk to every thing you need. The house stayed warm 24/7, incredible heating & heated floors throughout. We had a great stay and great experience. I’d highly recommend booking harmony house with Phil!

A well-equipped, comfy (if a little tight) serviced apartment. Keep in mind, it’s at the top of the town, which means a relatively long walk up-hill to get to the apartment (and then up steep, narrow steps). But if you can cope with that (incl every time you want to go in for groceries/food/etc.), it’s an awesome place to stay! We stayed mid-April and had free access to the serviced apartments’ onsen (available down the hill). We were also right next to a ski hire shop and the gondola up to the slopes for daily skiing/snowboarding. Reception was always available via message, and were really friendly and helped us out whenever we needed. The town is a little dead in the off-peak season, but it’s still a quaint, lovely place to be/stay and spend some time in the mountains.

スキー場が目の前で乾燥室もあり便利で快適なので2回目の利用になります。今年は大雪でしたが建物までの道も除雪されていて安心でした。 チェックインやチェックアウト、スーパーへの買い出しなどホストのロイドさんが柔軟に相談に乗ってくれ助かりました。子供達も気に入っています。

Nick is a great fun guy! We were welcomed like we visited our friends’ house. Breakfast was great too. Very short driving to the onsen. Scenery is beautiful.

お部屋も広く、とても綺麗でした。お布団もフカフカで気持ちよかったです。新緑の気持ちのいい頃にお邪魔したので、近隣の散策も楽しめました。 また朝食のパンが美味しかったです。

仲間内でのスキー旅行で使わせていただきました。建物の設備、備品が充実しており、また静かな環境で大変充実した滞在となりました。 またHidetaka様のレスポンスがとても早く安心感があった点も記させていただきます。また機会がありましたらよろしくお願いいたします。

Good experience and cozy place

Marks place was great and I enjoyed the time there. It was a little tricky to find the house and the roads were a little tricky to navigate. Definitely need 4wd in the winter. I would give everything a 4.9 if I could; it’s tricky to find the house in the first try. Mark himself was great and even warmed up the house for us which was really nice.

室内もとても綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。大きな焚き火ピットも使いやすく料理も美味しくできました！ また行きたいと思える場所でした。

対応が早くチェックインなども柔軟に対応頂き助かりました

3mins drive to the nearest ski lift, Lawson 5mins drive. Clean rooms and friendly host who can speak Chinese and Japanese! Hosts are helpful and will go the extra mile to help guests! Very appreciative of their hospitality. Hope to see them soon!
