Interior pluses include Smart TVs, surround-sound stereo, a walk-in tile-and-glass shower with a relaxing rain head and a very comfortable queen bed! Walk to supermarkets, restaurants, and churches, with Arrowhead Mall also close. Local hiking trails include North Mountain, Piestewa Peak, and Dreamy Draw. Park & Ride 1 mile away. Light Rail to Dowtown/Tempe approx. 6 miles away.

This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. Our 1.3 acre mini urban ranch makes you feel far from the city with beautiful views . We have farm critters to meet with your host. Fresh eggs provided . Owner on site, but you will have small home to yourself. The toilet is an odorless compost type toilet but does not require guests to clean or handle waste.

Desert Paradise Casita is located behind our home. We are in North Phoenix with great shopping and restaurants nearby. The casita is private, and you will have the whole place to yourself. It is surrounded by the beautiful desert with mountain and city light views. There are biking and hiking trails nearby. Our property is close to 2 highways (I-17 and 101). We are about 25 minutes from downtown Phoenix, 25 min. from Sky Harbor Airport. We are 15 min from North Scottsdale.
