Το διαμέρισμα του υπερυψωμένου ισογείου φιλοξενεί δύο έως τρία άτομα. Διαθέτει ένα δωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια με ηλεκτρικά ανακλινόμενα στρώματα και δυνατότητα μετατροπής σε διπλό κρεβάτι, μικρό καθιστικό με πολυθρόνα κρεβάτι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο. The tastefully decorated traditional Ikarian shepherd's hut is situated in the middle of nature and offers amazing sea and mountain view. It's an ideal spot to find your peace and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located in the village of Agios Dimitrios (Raches), which is less than a 15-minute drive to Messakti beach. It's highly recommended to have a car to explore the island. The road leading from the village to the house is 1km of dirt road, but accessible with any type of car.

The Blue House on the Hill

The secluded cute cottage is ideal for those who wish to relax in a peaceful natural environment. Far from the noise and from other tourists, this is the perfect spot to decompress and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Apart from the impressive beach of Nas, during the summer months you will find lovely traditional taverns and a grocery store.

It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.
