Great location and nice to be able to have our small dogs with us. The only improvements I would suggest are that the pet fee be more obvious in the description and not buried in the additional details where it is easy to miss. Also, letting the customer know sooner in the booking process and not 45 min before check-in, just in case there needed to be a change. Otherwise, it is a gem of a spot, so better pictures on Air BnB would probably help sell it as there were only about 7 pics and they didn't fully show how cute the hotel actually was. My husband and I stayed here and loved our experience! We were able to book tennis court reservations without any difficulty getting court time. The resort will even set up match play for you in the mornings! Although most folks at the resort are older, it was a peaceful and enjoyable getaway for my husband and I, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We were a quick walk to good food, coffee, and shops, and the best restaurant in town (Spencer’s) is right on site! The unit was even better than the photos, and although the resort itself is a bit weathered, it still had great character and feel. Would definitely stay again!

Saying that this place was perfect still somehow feels like an understatement. The amenities, the location, the cleanliness, the decor, and even the common areas outside of the condo were fantastic. We had a perfect week in Aaron and Mike's home. Their responsiveness and attention to detail really made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The property was peaceful, beautiful, easily walkable to downtown, and also extremely pet friendly--which was an added bonus. Whether your traveling for work or pleasure, with friends, family, a partner/spouse, and even your pet (like we did) this will be the perfect place for your stay in downtown Palm Springs.

This is the perfect place for two to stay if you’re ever in the Palm Springs area. It’s located in a great area and was not hard to find. Hosts were accommodating, responsive, and gave great food recommendations. They even checked in on us during our stay to make sure we had what we needed which was so kind. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo had all necessities that we could possibly need. Location was good for our outings into town and to Joshua Tree. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Palm Springs.

Great little place in PalmSprings. Great location to get around the area, some good walking spots around as well. Easy to find and get access to the complex. The complex is well looked after as is the property. Love the BBQ in the back for cooking in the evening. Back garden is private, and perfect for chilling.

We stayed here for Coachella weekend and had an absolutely amazing stay. The place is so beautiful in person - lots of natural lighting and everything you would possibly need. The small details really made the place feel like home. Hosts were so kind and available to help. The property is quiet and peaceful but close to many restaurants too. We also had a pool day which was absolutely surreal with the views. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

My family was very comfortable in Juan’s spacious one bedroom place. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Any questions I asked were answered within 5 minutes. The location was a pleasant 30 minute walk to the grocery store and a $10 Uber ride back. There are four pools on site: Two are a nice warm temperature and two smaller pools are cooler. Overall, it was a pleasant and peaceful stay.

This was our second stay here. Great location, very clean, nice pool, jacuzzi, pickleball court (although they use a tennis net so it's too high; there is another tennis court without PB lines so they should replace the net), very comfortable and an excellent kitchen. The chairs in the kitchen screech loudly and could use felt pads on the bottoms of the legs. Sonal communicate dwell. The guy who also communicated with us, Eddie the condo manager, was kind of superfluous and seemed unnecessary. Seven days was just too short to take advantage of the apartment and all that Palm Springs offers!!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Palm springs. The kitchen is well equipped, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful.

Our stay in Idyllwild was fantastic! The house is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing retreat. The backyard view is breathtaking, and the hosts were helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is sparkling clean, stylish, and minimalist but so cozy at the same time. Incredible kitchen, super comfy beds. Great linens and pillows. The pool and hot tub are to die for. We loved the safe little cul de sac neighborhood. Just a perfect place to stay in Palm Springs!

This property was as advertise, clean spacious and very homely. It’s less than a quarter a mile from downtown Palm Springs where you have access to a restaurant, shops and cultural attractions. The pool and spa area was fantastic. It had wonderful vistas of the mountain and the neighborhood was safe and private.

We loved the Deepwell neighborhood. It is very quiet and close to coffee and groceries. Beautiful houses and very walkable. The house is extensively landscaped and there are many quiet and comfortable seating areas on all sides of the house. The house is open to the landscape with many sliding glass doors that lead to seating areas. The bedrooms were well furnished and comfortable with large closets and clean bathrooms. The kitchen was well located and supplied. And the pool was fantastic. The pool was heated to 86 the entire month and we swam every day in 40 to 80 degree temperatures. The pool service and landscaping service were regular and thorough - excellent service. And the overall site management was extremely responsive and effective. In the 20 or more years renting houses in the Palm Springs area, I don't think we had a better managed home nor a more comfortable one.

This is a beautiful home in a nice, peaceful location. It was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor space and pool area are fantastic. We also really enjoyed the gym and walking paths. Dario is an excellent host; he is proactive and an excellent communicator. I would definitely book with him again.

Such a beautiful mid century home with every detail thought of. The home was easy to find and felt extremely private and quiet. The home is beautiful and the yard, spa and pool were where we found ourselves spending most of our time. This home was large enough to host multiple couples or a family quite comfortably. My husband and I had more than enough space but loved every minute of our stay. We hope to be back soon with friends!

Dylan’s place was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. He was super responsive through the app whenever we had questions, which made everything really easy. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight: the great landscaping provided the backyard with a lot of privacy, and we loved spending time by the pool and spa. It was the perfect spot for coffee and breakfast in the morning before it got too hot (we stayed in mid-April). The location is great! It's a quick drive to downtown Palm Springs for restaurants, and about 30 minutes to Coachella. It was so nice to come back to our own space, use the kitchen, and relax after a long day out. Pro tip: If you wear makeup, do it in the room with the green bedspread, guitar, and large gold mirror. The natural lighting in there is amazing. Would definitely recommend this spot and would stay here again!
