It is located one minute from Pymmes Park and 9 mins from Silver Street overground and from there a 6 min train to the Victoria line. You can relax in the private south-facing garden with 2 swings and sitting areas. You will be well-connected to the city, whilst also enjoying peace and quiet. Wander around Wanstead Villages many local shops, cafes, pubs & restaurants for the foodies. Lots of green areas in Epping forest for walks, a kids play area too. Farmers Market on the 1st Sunday of the month. There is a basic travel cot for a little one. Supermarkets (Marks & Spencer/CoOp) within walking distance of a few minutes.

There’s a projector and screen for films. The bathroom dining room and kitchen have heated floors
