We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! It was the perfect spot for our family getaway. Its location near Brian Head was fantastic!

This house was just as advertised and perfect for our family of four (8 and 12 year old kids). It’s in a great location if you are planning on going to Bryce or Zion (1-1.5 hours away)and the local towns near by have great food, amenities, and friendly people. It was great waking up every morning to the views and the deer in the yard at night. The kitchen had all that we needed to cook dinner after a long day of hiking and the fire pit outside was used a number of nights to cook s’mores for desert. Michelle was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions we had along with providing us information about the area. Highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway.

The stay at Jeffry’s place was exceptional. It offered convenient access to Zion, Kanarra Falls, and Bryce Canyon. The spacious layout was perfect, especially the downstairs area designed for kids, complete with a built-in slide and toy box. Jeffry’s clear instructions and smooth communication made everything effortless. The place was incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and ideal for large families.

We had a great extended family weekend! The house was perfect with plenty of sleeping areas and lots of activities for the littles to choose from. The house was immaculate! Self check in/out was super easy. We had room enough for the entire family…except when it came to seating space. It would be nice to have a large sectional or something that would allow more people to sit in the front room. There’s just the one couch that could comfortably fit two adults (my son said “three adults if we really loved each other. Haha) There was no outdoor furniture, which would have also been nice. We loved that the location was close to all our favorite places in Cedar! All in all it was a great place to stay!

This is a beautifully decorated old house. Three bedrooms, living area, and kitchen gave me all the space I needed. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything I needed. Everything was comfortable and peaceful. Walking distance to the university. I recommend this home and would stay again.

Mary’s place has everything you could ask for: immaculate, well stocked kitchen and bathroom, lots of room, and very comfy. It’s in a great location less than an hour from Zion National Park and 20 minutes from Kanarra Falls (and a little more than two hours from Las Vegas). Cedar City has restaurants, stores, and a big new car wash, all of which we were happy to find. Check in and out is a breeze. Mary is welcoming and responsive. I’d stay here again.

We loved the place! When we walked in we felt very welcomed and at home. The house was clean and there was everything we needed to make our stay great. Very peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed ourselves very much. The jacuzzi tub was was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Lots or room to move about. Oh yeah the game room was fun. I keep going in there playing on the arcade game. ☺️ Thank you for the great stay. We will definitely be staying there again next time we come up if available. Tyra’s place was a perfect oasis after a day of hiking in southern Utah. While we are only casual LotR fans and maybe couldn’t enjoy the space to its fullest extent, it was clean, cozy, and offered an extremely comfortable bed. Tyra was friendly and communicative. Do yourself a favor and stay here when you’re in the area

Nice place for the two of us, close to Zion and she had a notebook with so much information to get around an unfamiliar city!! Private, clean and easy

Great place to stay

Great host and a clean, well-equipped home. Perfect place to stay when visiting Zion and Bryce National Parks.

This is one of the best airbnb experiences I have ever had. Star’s place is beautiful, newly furnished and newly finished. It was spotless, beautifully decorated and didn’t look cheap like so many other airbnb decor do. You felt like you were in a real home. I booked the airbnb very late notice, after another airbnb didn’t work out, and she approved my rental request within the hour and so we were able to eat lunch and go straight over to the airbnb. What could have been a horrible weekend was saved by Star’s beautiful airbnb experience. A gem of a find! Beautiful area, quiet and just outside of town to feel calm and peaceful, but close enough to drive in to town for meals and errands. Would highly, highly recommend!

Vinrod was a wonderful guest. He invited us in to his beautiful home. We got acquainted. He took us to the basement apartment and showed us around. They apartment is beautiful. The paintings and figurines throughout the apartment were fascinating. We were in town for our granddaughter's college graduation. He said she was welcome to come and stay also if she would because he said families being together is very important. The granddaughter didn't stay but her sister joined us for the night. We had to checkout at 7:30 in the morning and Vinrod asked us to knock on his door so that he could visit and say goodbye. As we left he gave us a graduation card to give to our granddaughter. I hope we can stay with Vinrod again. This was a wonderful experience for us.

Had a wonderful stay. Great directions to the property & the accommodations exactly as described, with some fresh eggs left on the counter for us! The location was quiet & perfect for us, easy drive to Cedar City, Kolob right there, & Zion just a little further. Amazing day hikes are outside the parks are everywhere as well. The space was very roomy, homey & comfortable. Though you could hear folks walking about above you, it wasn't troublesome, & the space absolutely did NOT feel like a basement! We didn't use the hot tub, but the bathroom had a wonderful soaking tub, great after a long day of hiking. If we came again (we totally would!) we'd bring an extension cord for our gadgets, as the wall plugs are away from the couch. Also, because I'm a little sensitive to scents, I would ask for the plug-in air freshener to be removed before arrival (I hadn't asked about it beforehand & it was not a big deal at all). Kristin was responsive & helpful when we had questions! Thank you!

This place is everything they say it is. It is on the 4th floor with no elevator, but we utilized that as part of our daily exercise. :) We had plenty of space, and the place was very well stocked; probably the best of any rentals I have encountered. The hosts checked on us multiple times to wish us well and make sure everything was going well. We were there for vacation as well as to turkey hunt. Therefore, the location was on spot! Some of the places there close down for the month of May, but it did not hinder us in the least. I would DEFINITELY stay here again, and I would DEFINITELY recommend it to anyone! Thanks Paul and Rebecca for opening your place up for us to enjoy!!! We really appreciate it!!!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was easy to find, clean, had off street parking, hot water and good WiFi. If you’re going to ski, you couldn’t ask for a better location. There’s a general store and a few restaurants nearby.

Nicely renovated, clean, and comfortable room. The kitchenette had everything you need if you want to cook meals as we did. Also, the location is great. We would book here every trip.

Great location across from Giant Steps. The kitchen is well stocked with lot of amenities, but felt little cramped. Could have had more counter space. Appreciated the nice glassware for drinks and pantry full of spices. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms for a full house, double thumbs up for quality toilet paper, not the sand paper that is usually stocked. The building was quiet and relaxing at night. Wife approved and would definitely book again.
