Appartement is gelegen in een rustig straatje niet toegankelijk met een auto’s, vlak in het centrum. Gezellig authentiek ingericht appartementje. Marianna heeft ons heel vriendelijk ontvangen in vlot Engels en was tijdens ons verblijf steeds bereikbaar voor eventuele vragen.

A very big WOW. This house and the whole place is just amazing. The pool is beautiful and the kitchen located next to it outside is just a blessing. Honestly the place is way better then the photos could tell. Thank you Floriana for being so friendly and hospitable. You and your family are amazing and we felt very comfortable. Even tho their apartment is on the same property, they never gave us the feeling of being controlled. Everything just perfect. I know it might sound like im being paid for saying all this, but let me tell you: Every word is sincere! If you need a place to stay near Syracuse, you should definitely consider this one. Thank you Floriana!!!

Bel appartement spacieux, confortable pour 3 personnes. Le café, bouteille d’eau, petits gâteaux et moscatel à disposition étaient très appréciables. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter à pieds tous les centres d’intérêt de Syracuse, à 10 ou 15 mn d’Ortigia. Et surtout, le parking gratuit en face de l’immeuble dans la rue est irremplaçable. Nous avons bénéficié d’une arrivée à midi, ce qui était très pratique. Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement et reviendrons sans hésitation. Merci pour tout.

A great place in a very good location. Host was responsive and quick to answer questions. The flat itself was spacious and clean with a good set of facilities available. A great place to stay as it's close to many shops and markets nearby.

L'appartamento di Chiara è ordinato e confortevole, dotato di tutte le necessità per un soggiorno breve. Ha come valore aggiunto una piccola terrazza dove si può fare colazione e pranzare Si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, in buona posizione per raggiungere a piedi sia la zona del teatro greco (10 minuti) che Ortigia tempio di Apollo anche se più distante (15 minuti). Nelle vicinanze si trovano tutti i negozi per la spesa e le varie necessità. Abbiamo sempre parcheggiato facilmente l'auto sotto casa. Ci siamo trovati bene.

We had a great few days at Marco's place. The flat is perfectly positioned, as it's a walking distance to Ortigia, but far enough to have peace in the evenings. There are many great restaurants nearby, and Marco gave us good recommendations which ones to visit. The flat is well appointed, with plenty of appliances and basic set-up (oil, salt, spices, etc) for cooking. There is no dishwasher in the flat, so some of the dishes needed a bit of cleaning before using, but, as with all places with no dishwasher, that's entirely fault of previous guests. Internet worked great for online meetings. The area was peaceful at night and we had some good nights of sleep. We never had trouble finding parking on street, but we visited mid April, before the main tourist season. We would happily stay here again.

Très bel appartement situé à 30 minutes à pied d’Ortigia. Le quartier est calme et on y trouve des restaurants et des bars / cafés à proximité. Une petite plage de port se trouve à 10 minutes à pied. Facile de se garer dans la rue si vous avez une voiture. La maison est très propre et Rachela met à disposition le savon, le shampoing, l’après shampoing, un sèche cheveux, désinfectant et pansements ainsi que le nécessaire pour faire la vaisselle. La terrasse est très sympathique. Je recommande fortement.

We hebben hier een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Het huis was modern, fris, zonnig, luchtig en licht. We hebben elke dag heerlijk ontbeten op het terras in de tuin! De hosts waren heel vriendelijk, enthousiast en reageerden snel. We kregen daarbij goede tips voor de omgeving en handige uitrusting voor het strand (zoals parasols) Ook was de aankomst- en vertrektijd flexibel wat heel fijn was. Een auto is wel noodzakelijk om de omgeving te ontdekken en om goed boodschappen te kunnen doen. De auto konden we voor het huis parkeren, dit was ideaal. Oftewel een dikke aanrader om hier te verblijven!

Un accueil très amical et facile avec Giuseppina et son mari. Le logement est sympa, bien équipé et très bien situé (15 min à pied de Ortiega. Un joli carillon sonne dans le quartier vers 8.00, comme un enchantement. Tout est bien a disposition pour la cuisine (café, épices…) Et aussi la super bonne surprise est le fromager/traiteur Fabio au coin de la rue… un plaisir et un délice. Le seul petit point qui m’a manqué c’est un peu plus de lumière. Une seule fenêtre dans la chambre qui donne directement dans la rue. Sinon tout est parfait pour moi

Luigi is so helpful, he support us from hometown, CTA airport til arrive his lovely apartment. He has well introduced us his apartment facilities,and surroundings. We enjoy his tidy and clean place. Luigi is so great and kindness, as we left a clothe in the apartment, he has putting his additional time and effort to deliver the clothes to our next place! Finally, we feeling so grateful and lucky to stay in his apartment and met up with Luigi as well. Caio Jack

Giuseppe’s villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very spacious. The variety of outdoor seating areas were lovely for enjoying the sun at different periods of the day. The pool was superb, beautiful and clean. The villa is 10 minutes drive from Syracuse and Ortigia, which have a huge variety of delicious restaurants and bars. The streets are beautiful to explore, especially in the evenings. The only downside to the villa was the area. Unfortunately, there are no pavements so walking anywhere is unsafe. Therefore, hiring a car is necessary. There is a bus, but it only passes 4 x daily. There are local restaurants to visit, but driving is required due to the roads, and at our time of visiting it was unclear whether these were open or not. Despite this, I would happily visit Giuseppe’s villa again without a doubt. Thank you for having us.

La maison de Francesca est un véritable havre de paix, elle est entourée de nature et de champs en fleurs . On n’entend que le bruit des vagues au loin et de la nature… Il faut évidemment apprécier la nature et l’isolement (chemin privé, bien gardé, avec un accès sur un chemin de terre). La terrasse a fait notre bonheur pendant notre séjour, ainsi que le jardin qui est bien entretenu et très agréable. La maison est confortable et fidèle aux photos. La Wifi a bien fonctionné pour nos besoins. Francesca nous a très bien accueillis, malgré notre heure un peu tardive d’arrivée elle avait tout préparé pour faciliter notre arrivée et le repas du premier soir. Elle s’est montrée très amicale et réactive pour répondre à toutes nos questions. En résumé nous espérons avoir l’opportunité de revenir dans cette maison, que nous avons beaucoup aimée et qui est un excellent compromis pour profiter de Syracuse (Ortigia à 20 minutes) tout en trouvant le calme et la fraîcheur.

Ubytování bylo skvělé, Rosaria je skvělá hostitelka, hned odpovídala a doporučila nám okolní podniky. Byt je opravdu velmi čistý a nově vybavený. Jeho umístění v Cassibile je dobrou výchozí pozicí pro výlety do přírodních rezervací a okolních měst. Doporučujeme 🤍

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Tolle Lage, die Decken war hoch und die Zimmer geräumig. Dass, das Bad recht klein ist, hat uns nicht gestört. Am Wochenende war es teilweise recht laut. Da es ein Eckhaus ist, kommt recht viel Lärm von außen an. Ansonsten konnten wir aber sehr gut schlafen. Wir haben ein babybett & babystuhl bereitgestellt bekommen und der Kontakt mit Aurora war auch zuverlässig und schnell. Wir haben einen Sonnenschirm in der Unterkunft gelassen und hoffen, dass er auch von anderen Gästen genutzt werden kann.

This apartment was fantastic for our family, it is very spacious. It has plenty of crockery, pots pans and kitchen supplies for family meals and no less than four different areas you can dine!There is a big table in the kitchen and another in the living area plus a glassed in balcony area and another off the lounge. We used the enclosed area a lot as it was chilly when we visited and it was great. Although the apartment is a little dated, and the kitchen particularly is a bit wonky, it is very comfortable and we had a pleasant stay. There is plenty of hot water for everyone to shower, having a second bathroom was handy. The shower enclosure is quite narrow and the other bathroom has a bath with a handheld shower which may not suit everyone. The area is lacking a bit of charm, but nevertheless does feel safe and makes up for this with convenience, being handy to the station, historic sites and old town which are all a short walk. We would certainly stay again!

Gehuurd bij Benny maar na de airbnb contact gehouden via sms met de eigenaresse van dit beeldschone appartement (wat totaal niet als appartement voelt)! Zij reageerde mega snel en ook het klaarzetten van het bankbed was geen probleem! Met een appje vooraf kwam ze af en toe even langs om wat dingetjes te regelen. Het is een superschone en super mooi plek! Echt midden op Ortigia dus je bent zo bij elk plekje! De straat waar dit in gelegen was, is ook erg mooi en schoon! Al met al echt je geld waard! Super leuke mensen en een (nu nog) schattige puppy als buur! ;)

We had a wonderful time at Davide’s place . The apartment is situated in a beautiful garden , with no sound except the cicadas . Nice restaurants nearby and fish market selling fish straight from the boat , which we bought several times - very fresh . We especially liked the Fornace restaurant , right by the sea with smoking Mount Etna on view in the distance . Loved Ortigia too . So atmospheric, even before we stumbled upon a rehearsal for Dolce and Gabbana’s fashion show one morning !!Loads of great cities for sightseeing nearby and we discovered several beautiful beaches in the nature reserve . Davide was very helpful and thoughtful and we enjoyed our stay very much . Thank you

We loved staying at Giovanna’s lovely apartment. It’s right above Ortigia’s incredible food market, where all the food is delicious - whether cooking amazing produce yourself or indulging in the tonnes of great restaurants. Everything about our trip was easy. We’d very gladly come again.

Perfect apartment location to explore Siracusa. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here and we really felt at home immediately. The apartment is wonderful with a balcony overlooking the Tempel of Apollo, the market square and you can see the ocean. Every room is tastefully decorated and next to the lovely kitchen is a beautiful large terrace, you can also use for outdoor meals. A perfect place to stay in Ortigia.
