El espacio de diseño único tiene una planta luminosa y aireada, con 2 doble camas incorporadas (más una individual), chimenea, sala de estar que se dobla como espacio adicional para dormir (lo mejor para los niños), cocina completamente equipada, tina de dos personas, comedor y patio de 10 metros de largo con una cama de día, hamaca y zona de estar. Por supuesto, todas las habitaciones tienen vistas espectaculares al lago y a los majestuosos volcanes por los que es conocido el lago de Atitlán

Casa Amate is a unique glass-fronted home built into the mountain-side overlooking one of the world's most beautiful freshwater lakes. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping six, this is the perfect place to relax, unwind and take in the spectacular views of the lake and its three volcanoes. Built into the rock face, but still on right on the lake front, the house cascades down four levels, with numerous terraces. The space is defined by the rock face, glass, concrete, wood & light.

It is just a 15 minute walk downhill (or a 5 minute tuktuk ride) to the popular hipster/holistic village of San Marcos La Laguna. From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.
