The Farmhouse

Come and relax in the country setting of The Farmhouse. It is on 200 acres and is over 100 years old. It has been recently remodeled, the first floor accommodations has a spacious updated kitchen, roomy living room, bedroom with queen bed and a spacious full bath. A upstairs bedroom also with a queen bed. A private deck off the living room to enjoy morning coffee or evening relaxing. Spend the evening relaxing in front of a fire in the pavilion right behind the farmhouse.

Guest House

The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

Located in a wooded lot on my family farm of over 100 years. Within walking distance of hundreds of acres of state game lands and just a short drive to 3 different state parks ( Clear Creek, Parker Dam, And Cook Forest). Relax on the spacious porch , around the fire pit, or in the cabin with Netflix and other streaming apps on one of two flat screen TV's.

Cook Forest offers many hiking trails to be explored as well as The Fire Tower. The nearby Clarion River offers canoeing, kayaking, tubing and fishing (PA fishing license required). Also close to The Allegheny National Forest. (14.5 mi. to the Park Office)
