We had a great stay. The restaurant below is affordable, friendly and delicious. They are open late for dinner and early for coffee. It was honestly the best place that we ate in Harper’s Ferry. The Barn is also great and shares the parking lot. We took our kids in with us and enjoyed the local music and great drinks The space was comfortable! We read a few reviews about the beds being uncomfortable and being woken up by the noise from the cafe downstairs. We found neither of those claims to be true. The futon is a little small so if you plan on having two kids sleep on it I would bring a blowup mattress We had a great stay and will be back!

Greg’s place is exactly what we’d hoped it would be; beautiful setting, quaint, quiet, fully appointed, clean, comfy, close to town, and if you’re lucky you’ll get tons of puppy love from Nemo, the resident ambassador of goodwill. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas stay so that we could be closely located to our daughter’s home in Purcellville, and completely at home in your home.

This was the perfect place to stay! It was clean very spacious and Colleen was a great host. I’d stay again no hesitation

I was in town for business and had a nice day at Leslie’s place. The bed was super comfy. The towels were thick and plush. There were lots of little extras like cookies, coffee creamer, etc. I hope to stay again.

I reserved Don and Barbara's basement apartment in this historic home for one of our traveling superintendents, Tate. Tate was very comfortable in the apartment, it was close to our project and the grounds were beautiful and peaceful.

My husband and I were very pleased with our lodging. The photos and description were accurate. The rooms were very clean and even though it was still cold out, the heating inside was perfect. We loved how quiet the area was. Out side at night you could hear the proverbial "pin drop". We were within walking distance to all attractions. I would absolutely stay at this location again.

Kristin is very responsive and accommodating. Her place is perfect for my son who stayed there of 12 weeks comfortably. He likes that the kitchen is equipped with enough pots and pans to use and an in-house washer and dryer. He feels safe since it's very close to the federal building and the church. Bed is comfortable, Furnitures are all in good condition, you will really feel at home.

We have zero complaints about our stay in Harper's ferry! It was conveniently located and spotless! Great value! Great communication by the host!

My family (husband, two kids ages 4 and 6 and our dog) and I greatly enjoyed our three night stay at Alex’s beautiful home. The photos were extremely accurate and we loved the eclectic and creative decorations. There were so many interesting pieces of art and trinkets to look at. The two bedrooms were spacious and had extremely comfortable beds. Everything was spotless and obviously well kept. The kitchen had every appliance we needed to be able to have all of our meals at the house if we wanted. The area was peaceful and in close proximity to the historical lower town of Harper’s Ferry. Even closer was the Bolivar Bread Bakery - a MUST visit. They had the best bread and baked goods I’ve ever tasted. We went every morning and even stocked up on our way home. Overall, I would recommend Alex’s home for a comfortable getaway to West Virginia.

Stayed for a girls reunion long weekend. We were thrilled which how much room we had to spread out. We chose this airbnb for the number of bathrooms which made getting ready super easy. This place is well equipped with mirrors, closets etc. the kitchen was fully loaded as well, which was great as we cooked/ate there mostly. The heated soaker pool was the perfect way to end our days and we used the firewood for a bonfire. We definitely would stay here again.

Very clean! We could walk to local attractions, and the view was lovely. We would definitely stay again! *A note for groups/families; there’s a spiral staircase and as far as we could find, there was only one switch that lit it at night, and it was the same light for the third floor bedroom. So if anyone needs to go downstairs at night, whoever is sleeping upstairs will have their lights turned.

Would say 4.5 stars, so rounded up to 5. We were looking for a dog-friendly place walkable to the Harper's Ferry historic area/Maryland Heights hike and this checked both of those boxes. Clean place and very convenient. Being from the city, it was almost a little too quiet for us, but imagine most will appreciate that. Overall, it was a good choice for our needs this trip and we enjoyed our visit to the area.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Harper's Ferry. This old quirky home has everything you need from comfortable beds to a working fireplace to the most perfect view. Besides being able to walk out your door and be in the heart of the town you have a porch that overlooks the town and the confluence of the Shenandoah and Potomac rivers. When we weren't hiking or enjoying a stroll about town, we were on the porch relaxing. It is the perfect place to both start your day and end the day. I can't say enough about the view, you really need to stay here and see it for yourself. Dean was an awesome host, very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Laurie’s place is just stunning. My friends who joined me were amazed at the beautifully designed rooms and how cozy it felt. They are planning to stay with their families in the future. Laure was so helpful with communication, easy check in and a thorough guide to the home instructions, the history of her historic home and things to do around Purcellville. We loved every second! Could recommend Laurie and her gorgeous home more highly!

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay! The home was spotless and beautifully cared for, offering a perfect mix of charm and modern comfort. The kitchen, with its high ceilings, farmhouse sink, and sleek stainless steel appliances, felt bright and welcoming. All of the bedrooms were cozy and thoughtfully furnished, and having the laundry room on the second floor was a convenient touch. The outdoor space was just as inviting—a great place to unwind after all the wedding festivities we attended. The entire property was designed with care, making us feel comfortable and at home. The host was exceptional—responsive, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here!

I almost don't want to write a positive review because I'd like this condo to be available only to me. It was perfect! The place is comfortable and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Easy ski in/out access, and perfect for a family that has some that stay on the slopes a little longer than others. We just hope this place will be available again when we visit next.

Very nice spot right off the mountain. Pretty short walk from the top of the green hills. Great if you have your equipment already! Living space was big enough to relax after the slopes. Comfortable bed and big tv.

I think this is the best slope side ski condo at Whitetail. The slopes are right outside the door and the place is cute, clean, and comfortable. We will be going back!

We had a wonderful night at the condo. Our host let us know in the morning it was clean and ready so that we could check in early. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

This air bnb was perfect for a weekend getaway to Whitetail resort. The unit is steps away from the slopes, and Renee was not only responsive and extremely helpful, but able to accommodate schedule changes to make our trip happen.

Alison's place is great if you value being walkable to Old Town. We prefer this over staying at the Wyndham Grand because of the separate room for our baby to sleep in. The kitchen is modern and fridge with a water filter is clutch. We didn't try to make any meals. Bed was clean/firm, HVAC was responsive, and lounge chair in the sitting area was comfortable. You can hear the train and street noise (especially cars w/o mufflers) at night, but I assume that's the case if you stay anywhere near Old Town.

That's a really neat apartment, Actually me and my girl. We both brought up that we both could easily live in this apartment. It just had a really good vibe. If a bathroom it could be a RockStar, then this bathroom is Mick Jagger!!!! . Glass door walk and shower two shower heads.. With plenty of room for both so . The only problems I had it was, I couldn't get the Tv too. Do you make any type of connection with any link. And the air conditioner in the second bedroom with the electric bed was put into lock mode. .. , when I first arrived to the apartment, it was warm enough to break a sweat. There was also a ceiling fan that were just fine. I wasn't a big fan of that room. Anyways, so it wasn't a big deal. And the rest of the air conditioners and the apartment worked perfectly.
