We had a great stay. The apartment was comfortable and provided everything we needed to feel at home. The forested surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They thoughtfully provided a small table, high chair and toys for my children which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended. Thank you!!

What an amazing place to stay for a little get away! The host, Denise was so accommodating and caring. The place was immaculately clean and had everything I needed. The hot tub was amazing, and the view from the porch was breathtaking! I highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, clean little space in a quiet neighborhood where it felt safe to park. It was an easy 1 mile walk to the Rogue Theatre & downtown. I would totally stay again & recommend.

The overall stay was comfortable and private. While a few issues arose, it was still a pleasant experience.

The apartment was clean and tidy, and recently updated with nice appliances and washer and dryer. The host runs a tight ship, was responsive, and helped me retrieve a left behind item. The bedroom shares a wall with the apartment next door. The neighbors were quiet and went to bed at a reasonable hour. We enjoyed our stay and our interactions with the host.

The loft was outstanding!! Great location beautiful surroundings. Not too far from town and restaurants. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Grants Pass. Thank you, to Tom for being an outstanding host.

This was the second time I have stayed at Ian’s AirBnB. First time, there were 5 of us. Second time, only 2. It is in a very nice, quiet location, a few minutes drive to town, grocery shopping, etc. House is very clean, with very comfortable beds (very important to us), very complete kitchen amenities (very important). We will definitely stay here when we visit Grants Pass again & be fortunate Ian’s AirBnB is available.

We had a great stay, the house was well stocked. We loved the yard, beds are super comfortable. The host was responsive and friendly.

Finding this place was entirely helpful for the reason of my trip, and everything about our stay was perfect. The space is clean, minimalist and quiet. The street is quiet and peaceful despite people coming and going. And the hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. I would recommend staying here if you're in Grants Pass.

Tyler's place was the best AirBNB that we've ever stayed at! It was so clean and inviting. He has beautiful decor and a huge backyard to enjoy. We would definitely stay again!

This is such a great place! My wife and I stayed here for a month while we were house hunting (just moved to GP), the place was very clean and nicely decorated (a lot of local stuff which was a nice touch), and Emily was always quick to respond if we had any questions. The house is right on the Rogue River so it was really nice to sit outside and watch the river and wildlife. It is located really close to downtown so we could walk to different restaurants, etc, we found a nice Mexican restaurant within a short walk that we liked to frequent. Overall great place, great host, great location!

Beautiful pristine home within walking distance of the river. Fabulous deck to enjoy. Expansive front yard and back yards for all of us to play in. Close to many vineyards. Wonderful.
