We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and the host was friendly and responsive. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and easy stay.

We had a wonderful four night stay at this charming and well-decorated apartment! The space was cozy and thoughtfully furnished, offering most comforts of home. The parking was convenient, the balcony provided views overlooking the Tay Basin and the fireplace added to the ambience. The town itself is delightful, with plenty of wonderful shops and restaurants (most were still open in January), all within walking distance. We were lucky enough to watch the town's Polar Bear Plunge on New Year's Day. We worked remotely from the apartment for two days, and the environment was peaceful and productive. Communication with the host was excellent both before and during our stay, making the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend!

The space was absolutely spic and span, with a very comfortable bed and linens. VERY quiet, we slept like the dead 🤣. My wife loved the chic/comfy vibe, and especially appreciated the Keurig coffee maker. It was an easy, pleasant walk to the waterfront where we had dinner the first night. Just an Fyi to bigger folk: the shower is beautiful but not much bigger than a phone booth (remember those?). I'm 6' and 200lbs and had plenty of room, but if I was 250+ it might have been tight. No shade! Just don't want anyone being adversely surprised! Would definitely stay here again!

It was great returning to Lynden's place. It was a good as we remembered. Love the off street parking and the access to the dog park. Easy to get Ubers if you don't want to drive in to town. Easy to access.

this was exactly as listed, and we are very happy with it! we travel for work so we needed something nice and affordable! it was a bonus we were able to bring our dog! next time we work in kingston, I will definitely be trying to book this again!

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend for our 10th wedding anniversary. The place was perfect. Easily walkable to lots of great restaurants and shops. it's far away enough from the main drag that any partying Queens students aren't a bother. She was quickly responsive to any questions we had, and we would definitely stay again if we visit the city again

I stayed one night while passing through town and it was the perfect place! It was cozy and spacious. Towels, extra blankets and Netflix’s was all provided and it was a great location with accessible DoorDash and cheap Ubers! Host was very friendly and responsive, definitely would stay at one of their properties again.

In the ten plus years that my husband and I have been using AirBnB we can both honestly say that Sami’s home ranks in the top for us in terms of (1) value (2) communication and (3) accommodations. The property is simply super nicely setup with multiple modern considerations. The house is very cozy and welcoming which made us feel right at home. However, the best part was the communication. Sami was up front and forward with communication. They were simple, and he provided us lists and resources for restaurants and things to do locally. Even more, he was super accommodating in terms of flexibility—by far the most helpful we have EVER seen. We give Sami the absolute highest rating that we possibly can. 11/10!

Ji was very responsive and helpful every time we contacted her. We noticed one item missing and they brought it to us within an hour. Overall she is very friendly and ready to help whenever we asked her for information. We had a great stay at their place and do not hesitate to refer it to whoever wants a stay in Kingston. Thank you Ji, we will not hesitate to return to your place when we go back to Kingston.

We booked this location as it is very close the Kingston hospital where my parent was getting treatments. About 6 minutes away and also very close to downtown. All in all a good stay!

We had a great time at Breathe Vacation Rental’s unit. It was very clean and as expected. Very nice to have a pet friendly place steps from the ski hill. We will definitely be renting again in the future!

This is a wonderful place, impeccably clean and well-maintained. The surroundings are peaceful, and it's conveniently located near the water, making it perfect for hiking and to relax. The view from the balcony is stunning. I highly recommend this spot for families; it's truly worth every penny. The interior design of the place is also very tasteful.
