Thoroughly enjoy our stay at this well equiped, freshly renovated condo. Amazing views of the ocean and next to the pool. Central to all the cool attractions the Big Island has to offer.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Wonderful place! I visit the island frequently and have stayed in a variety of Airbnbs in different areas and will definitely go down as one of my favorites! Peaceful, beautiful grounds, friendly neighbors, close to restaurants, coffee shops, shops and tour spots. Very clean- furniture and beds super comfortable. You can see a bit of the ocean while sitting out in the lanai area. Great shower/bathroom too! Near the pool area, there is a path to the lava rocks along the shore with gorgeous views ( also a view deck with chairs above) Loved having my morning coffee there and relaxing to the ocean waves against the rocks. Kari was available if you had any questions, and reached out to you to make sure everything was great! She kindly greeted me with a box of chocolates, coffee and a personal message! The little things in life that make it extra special! Thank you for a great stay! Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome ocean view on balcony. Close enough to hear the ocean waves breaking on the lava rocks. Great amenities and ample parking. Peaceful easy feeling. We will be back!

We are frequent visitors at Kona Coast but this was our first time booking with Samantha. She was very responsive when we booked. During our stay we didn’t need to contact her as we were able to get everything we needed with Guest Services and Housekeeping. Only down fall was that the BBQ grills nearest the unit were out of propane, we called maintenance but no one came. Luckily, we brought our air fryer from home. Overall, great stay and unit!! Highly recommend this spacious and beautiful modern two bedroom townhouse. There are balconies with seating areas both upstairs and downstairs with a view of the ocean, we had many breakfasts and lunches on the lanai and even used the gas grill to barbecue burgers. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked, the bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. It’s a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath which was nice, the master bathroom is gorgeous with 2 vanities. The property manager was very responsive and she gave is great advice about must see and do and what to avoid. The pool and Jacuzzi (huge) were fantastic. It is in a quiet gated community. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach and the unit is extremely well stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels, coolers, etc. We felt very much at home here and would definitely return to it again.

Wonderful location, condo was clean and had a lot of amenities. We did have a few questions upon checkin and it took almost 24 hours to receive a reply. Thankfully it was anything urgent and we were able to get into the unit. The vertical blinds need repair or replacement. Several pieces were missing so no real privacy. Difficult to open and close. There is no toaster, when I asked I was told it broke. Bed seems like a Queen size. Realized that is not mentioned in the description. If I had known I would have booked something else. There are a lot of HOA rules to follow, provided in the binder of instructions. Otherwise overall it is nice and clean.

The condo was great, lots of space for our family of 5. The views were beautiful, beds very comfortable. The fridge was big and clean and we had everything to cook. Elise was very responsive and helpful. The swimming pool was great after a day of exploring and the sunset over the golf course was beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay at the Octo-Condo! It was perfect for our family of 3 (husband, adult daughter, & me). Daughter enjoyed the loft space but left her suitcase downstairs due to tight spiral stairs. Not a big deal for us. Kitchen had all we needed for meals. So nice that they allow some items kept in the fridge for the next guests like mayo, mustard, butter, etc. We did run out of toilet paper with about 2 days left of our trip (bought some), so having more rolls available would be nice. About a mile walk into town of Kona-Kailua along the main roadway (Ali'i Dr.) Safe location, daughter felt safe running the neighborhood in the mornings. On-site pool, tennis courts, and BBQ were nice. Gorgeous ocean front view on property with a relaxing view from condo lanai. Very quiet complex which was perfect for us! Very nice beaches and snorkeling a short drive away. Close to restaurants--Lava Java has lovely breakfast! Big Island is beautiful-so much to see & tons of turtles!

This spacious property was great for our big Ohana! We enjoyed the morning and evening, rattan interiors giving an Hawaiian feel 🌺. The grocery store and vegetarian food places were close by which was a breeze. Kitchen was well stocked and in-house laundry was super helpful. It was a clean house with well running air conditioners. Overall, extremely satisfied. Thank you for hosting us!!

I felt so at home here; the house was very clean and a relaxing space to be in! I loved everything about this place, and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay immensely, the kitchen had all the equipment necessary to prepare meals for several people that stopped by. The Unit as a whole was well equipped and comfortable. We often had family stop by and visit, we tried hard to keep the noise down but it did get a little loud occasionally, I hope we did not disturb anyone. We had a late flight and they were very accommodating with allowing a late check out. It was ideal for our large group. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful place to stay. Away from the crowds on Kona Town but enough to do with the pool and hot tubs, restaurant on site is good and groceries are a short walk away. Office folks were super helpful. We would come back!

Our entire party of 7 enjoyed the place thoroughly. Our 9 ye old son was the one who enjoyed it the most as he had the whole entertainment living room to himself self and even used it as his bedroom. Although no AC except in two on the rooms we did not need to turn it on due to the breeze that came through the windows. It was so fresh day in and out for me. Rooms are equipped with fans through the other rooms and that’s all we needed. The place had everything we needed to cook a few breakfast meals and dinner. The views amazing and in love with the plants all around the house. So glad we could get our laundry out of the way before come back home as well. Would definitely recommend staying here. Felt right at home.

Isaac and Natasha are good people and made us feel welcome. There's plenty of parking with a good space next to the car to clean our dive gear. There's also a clay tennis court on the property to hit balls if you want. The guest house was all we needed and nice and quiet; we appreciated being out of the city. We will definitely stay here again the next time we plan a dive trip to the Big Island. Thanks Isaac and Natasha- pet Ryan for us!

Excellent location close to the beach. Just a short drive, or bike ride, into town. The host was flexible with us, as we had to leave early due to my mother falling and getting hurt. They refunded us for the unused time.

In a quiet residential street, walking distance to the beach. Well equipped house, and well screened by bushes/trees from neighbors, so sitting on lanai was great. The agency was proactive in communicating and responded quickly to any questions. All in all the perfect place for what we needed.

Gorgeous place , most beautiful lanai to watch the sunset , love this place so much and I can’t wait to come back , me and my guests had a blast and we’re planning to visit again soon in few months, thank you for being so easy to communicate with and for being so honest and returning my GoPro to me after forgetting it at your beautiful place , highly recommend 🩵
