Cannot say a single bad word about staying at this absolutely beautiful place! We were greeted by Andrea who gave us recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Then we made ourselves at home and oh my gosh, it is such a gorgeous property. We stayed with the girls the night before our friends wedding and it was the perfect backdrop for photos and getting ready. The rooms are stunning and the ensuites to the 2 main bedrooms were super handy. We have already decided to come back next year for a relaxing girls weekend away. Could not have asked for a better stay!

We are a family of 7 adults and 1 child...we all loved Matt's place and wished we could have stayed longer! It was the perfect place to stay to attend our nephew's wedding at Lyrebird Falls. After travelling from interstate we felt immediately at ease and relaxed in Matt's beautifully furnished home. The north facing deck is a stand out for a wine in the evening or cooking breakfast on the bbq in the morning sun. Our granddaughter loved the kookaburras that came to visit and cooking marshmallows on the fire pit. With fireplaces and central heating the house was warm and cozy. We loved the well appointed kitchen and the huge living area. Would love to return one day and stay longer, thanks Matt you are a great host.

We spent a very relaxing Easter long weekend at Mountain Ash - a beautiful bush retreat surrounded by trees and nature. My little one loved spotting kookaburras and possums, as well as star gazing and toasting marshmallows on the open fire (both the outdoors fire pit and indoor wood burner fireplace). Comfy beds, nice big bathtub and well equipped kitchen. Only 3 mins walk from the Pig & Whistle Tavern. Thanks for having us - great communicators and the little welcome gift was a lovely touch. Hope to be back again soon 😊

Pemmy’s place was great to stay at and we felt just like at home. Pemmy was very responsive and communicated very well. I would give her 5 stars - would highly recommend her place to any one and would like to stay here again.

Saeed's property was as described. Inside the house, there was ample space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and tidy and the BBQ was prepped and ready for use. The pool area was also clean and easy to access. The internal central heating worked really quickly when the night became cold. The house was set up with a swing, hammock, fooseball table as well as a few other games. Saeed was a helpful and responsive host, willing to accommodate us. I would mention that it is one large house on the property, separating guests from Saeed's family by an internal locked door (so noise could be heard from the other side of the door). The pool can also be seen from the entire house, so if you wanted privacy, this is probably not the accommodation for you.

Frank was an amazing host and his place was absolutely gorgeous. The view was to die for. My wife used the house for herself and her bridal party to get ready before the wedding and they loved it. Couldn’t have worked out any better. I would definitely recommend this property for a wedding or for a peaceful stay away from the city

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

Ben was a great host we had such a beautiful stay and Bens was very clear and responsive. The views were beautiful in this area and the house had soo much to do. Highly recommend this place and will deffs want to book here in the near future.

Lewis went above and beyond what was required - we had long air flights across time zones so he made sure we had the instructions for the lock box. The flat is very close to lots of eateries and Lewis has details of which streets to look along. It’s close to the CBD and just opposite a large park, and the flat is lovely inside. A great place to stay.

A brilliant apartment for the two of us, situated in a brilliant location. The free inner city tram is basically 50 meters from the front door of the apartment complex. But it is also easy to walk to many central points of interest in the city. The apartment itself was modern, immaculate and cosy. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again when visiting Melbourne.

What a beautiful air BnB! The location was amazing, watched the most unreal sunset from the garden. Anne was so responsive and hospitable, always willing to chat and help us out. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the air BnB spotless. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This Apartment is spacious, easy to manage and offers a gorgeous view. The Apartment is well located and was suitable for 2 adults and 2 young children.

Gioia’s home was bright and welcoming, it is in an excellent location - extremely close proximity to Woolies, Luna Park and the beach - if you’ve a puppy - there are plenty of doggy friendly places around. The home has everything you need, check in was sooooo easy and provided a restful home for our weekend.

Excellent experience, this rental has everything you need. Beautiful patio, huge interior space, and all the amenities. We’ll definitely be back!

Gokcan was very hospitable and the place was near and tidy with many decorative items. We were even welcomed with chocolates for Easter and morning tea packets!

The views were / are stunning! I actually could figure out the tv lol over all , highly recommended ! 10/10

Shellie & John's place was amazing. When you arrive there is a little picnic basket at your door full of local goodies. Whether you enjoy nature or not, this place is the perfect place to recharge. The Kookaburras show up every morning & join you for breakfast on the balcony. Shellie was very easy to deal with, easily contactable & very helpful. We will definitely be returning, whether it's for a special occasion or a weekend away. Highly recommended!

We found Malcolm & Hanna's place a great place to recharge the batteries. Lots of greenery out the windows, clucking chickens gifting us daily fresh eggs, a cosy fire on a comfie couch... we were very happy, and most importantly Rosie our doggo was in heaven exploring the grounds and playing with resident doggos. Hosts were super responsive. Nice people with nice pets.

Was a great experience! have never been up in the ranges and it was a beautiful night , nice drives and scenery and the accomodation was very cozy with the fireplace and even board games.

Our honeymoon at Kate's Airbnb was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, Kate's warmth and thoughtfulness made us feel so special. The personalized welcome letter was such a heartfelt touch, and we were blown away by the farm-fresh produce in the fridge and the delicious, homemade freshly baked bread. Every detail was perfect, creating an atmosphere of pure comfort and charm. The scenery was breathtaking, with stunning views and wildlife that made every moment unforgettable. Kate is an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. We can’t wait to return to this slice of paradise! Highly recommend to anyone seeking a truly memorable experience. We have stayed at a few bnbs now with a similar country charm but Eleventh Oak is by far our favourite trip to date.

I really enjoyed my stay and really appreciated the quiet serenity and privacy offered at Botanica Retreat. The gardens are beautiful offering a very peaceful setting and was exactly what I needed for my break. It’s very close to the village, close to walking paths and has everything you need. It’s very homey, beautifully appointed furniture, linens, decor etc, and Karen offers some really nice touches to make it feel like home. Will definitely be back!

Amazing service and great staff

Absolutely beautiful location with hikinhg trails, a lake, and even a bar with a pool table, dart board, table tennis (and a tennis court right next door!) That we had all to ourselves. Wonderful experience!
