we had an amazing stay there,room was clean and surrounding was peaceful, loved the stay, just one suggestion, instead of keeping the medimix soap, just keep the handwash in washroom as people are more used to handwash since covid. Thank you

Ramesh - One man Army! for handling the property - Retreat, starting from caretaking to a good guide & being a fantastic & fabulous cook. His ever smiling face made the stay @ property even more lovely. The property is best of calm, clean & full of mind rejunative greenery place. There could have been no other better home away from home. The supporting mastermind behind all this facilitation - named Kish, who has been the best possible overall. This place is going to be our permanent stay whenever we are in and around Kannur. Thanks to overall team for the best possible stay.

The place is located in, lets say, a village 25kms from somwarpet which is the closest town. So if you are looking for a luxurious stay, this may not be it. Bt the location is amazing, surrounded my mountains. The homestay was very comfortable. Extremely neat and clean. The host / caretaker, was extremely helpful. Always available for any queries or help. They served us with very homely / delicious food.

I had a wonderful stay for two days! The house was spotlessly clean, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking – a perfect spot to relax. The owner was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

My family of four had a great time at Anjali's place. She had stocked a lot of groceries for us to use. all amenities are in good working condition. The house and the garden are lovely!!! The house is close to the beach too! We did meet a few lizards and spiders in the house, but the host had kept a herbal repellant that helped greatly. Overall loved our stay and would recommend the place to my friends.

We loved staying at Villa Mercara! It is as close to the center of Madikeri as you can get without being in the bustle of the market & bus stand. This beautifully appointed spacious house, was a great place for 6 of us to spend time together. Plus: It comes with a great restaurant and coffee shop on the grounds. Bonus: the lovely hosts Shubha & Vik - who made us feel right at home!

This without a shadow of a doubt, was our best experience at an Airbnb! The home is set by the river side and both balconys have a view of the river. The entire property was beautiful, however the open kitchen area was our favourite spot, so much so that we cancelled all our plans to go out to eat at local restaurants. We just stayed there and ordered in. The host prasanna maam was lovely to talk to. Always available, proactive and extremely helpful in finding us transport when we couldn't find our own. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to kerala.

There’s not much to say about this place which has not been told in other reviews already. Everything was great and as mentioned in the description. It’s the ideal place for people interested in birding as a lot of species can be found in and around the property itself. Various species of parakeets and woodpeckers are so common in the property it’s unbelievable. I will definitely recommend this place to others. The host recommended a restaurant nearby ‘Cuisine Papera’ which had the best Coorgi cuisine and it’s a must try. I have found my go to place in Coorg. I would however like to suggest the host that add some more options for food as everyone might not want to go out for food. Although we faced no problems for food as there are very good restaurants at around 20 mins drive from the property.

It was a great stay for me and my family. The location is right at the Madikeri Bangalore highway and slightly inside the road which made it perfect peaceful surroundings. The view from large balcony is mesmerizing with misty mountains at far sights. All the items in the descriptions are present in working condition and house is very clean. Peaceful surrounding helped us sound sleep. And last but not least, Indrajith is truely super host, and his parents took care of us like their family members. We loved this place and definitely considere it for our future trips.

It was a wonderful 3 day stay at Nila Paithal. The place was as it is seen in the photos. Very scenic and beautiful! The caretaker Manoj was very helpful, and made very yummy food as well! My kids loved the butter chicken and would recommend it to everyone! Well suited for people aiming to be in the midst of nature away from the city's hustle..
