I had a great stay at this place ! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed, with easy access to public transportation and local attractions. The host was very friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’d love to stay here again in the future!

Amazing place to stay, not too close but also not too far from the main city area. Can see the twin towers from the building. Obviously the theme of the room is white so there are some stains from usage that cannot be removed, it didn’t bother me though. The rooms are super sound proof, cannot even hear the TV outside when all doors are closed. Came with water purifier which also boils the water. Saved us lots of hassles not needing to buy water. Only down side is that there wasn’t enough bowls to use for 4 people, not enough chairs if we’re to sit at the island but who is here to cook a meal anyway. The bathroom does get a bit wet if not mopped after each use because there was no separation to block off the water from the shower. Also no ventilation fans in it so taking a longer time on the toilet gets a bit hot. One thing to mention is that watching from the window or balcony, you can see a grave yard in the distance if that bothers anyone. Can see fireworks during CYN!

I really enjoyed my stay! It’s quiet, the park view is lovely, and the location is super convenient with two malls, plus MRT and LRT nearby.

Definitely a good place to stay if you like peace and quiet and also a beautiful room! Highly recommend!

This unit is very spacious. On the first we had water supply issue then they fix for us immediately. Overall, good stay. Highly recommended.

We are looking for a post raya family gathering & this villa really suits our needs. It offers 8 parking space, bbq /outdoor gathering area, highfloor swimming pool & indoor games. Check in/out is very smooth & clearly instruct. Host is very helpful & responsive when we got issues regarding the house. We really enjoy our family gathering here & hope to come again soon!

Our 2nd time renting this house. We are from the USA and visit family every winter for 3 months. This house is clean, well renovated, and the host is very responsive. It’s a little more pricey, but we are happy with the great amenities, location and friendly/helpful host.

PERFECT! MY RAYA OPENHOUSE WAS A PERFECT NIGHT AND COULD NOT BE BETTER! A VERY NICE NEIGHBOURHOOD AND EASY ACCESS TO LRT TAIPAN, ROSYAM ETC, ROOMS HAVE MANY BEDS CAN ACTUALLY FIT MORE THAN 18PEOPLE! NICE FOR GATHERING, MASSIVE KITCHEN AND NICE MASTER ROOM DESIGN! FELT VERY EXCLUSIVE! WILL DEFINATELY REPEAT AND THANK YOU ADRIAN FOR LETTING US DO AN EVENT HERE AT YOUR BEAUTIFUL PLACE! IT WAS A SUCCESS! ANYONE WHO LIKE TO CREATE ANY EVENT WITH CLOSED ONE CAN DEFINATELY DO IT HERE! SMALL POOL AVAILABLE FOR CHILLING, FRIDGE ETC IN KITCHEN ARE COMPLETE! EVERYONE IS HAPPY! Semua yang diberitahu tu ada. - ada mesin basuh, memudahkan kami yang stay lama. - Netflix ada, internet pun laju - nak daftar keluar dan daftar masuk senang. - kemudahan asas lengkap - boleh masak yang ringkas - Bawah ada mall, kedai2 makan area berdekatan pun banyak. - Level 32, luas pemandangan =) -sabun mandi pun tuan rumah sediakan yang elok sangat.Terbaik! Kadang-kadang ada owner homestay/airbnb suka bagi sabun mandi yang licin susah bilas. -rumah ni keyless. Mangga luar pun tiada. Jangan terlupa passcode je ;) ;) hehe Cdgn utk tambah baik: 1. Lampu di tempat tidur dan tandas ada short circuit. -bila nak on lampu, kena on dulu suis heater baru lampu menyala. Lampu bilik air pun sama. -kalau kita off suis heater dua2 lampu pun akan tertutup. -kalau orang tengah mandi dan guna heater, lampu di area tidur tu akan sentiasa berkelip-kelip. Terima kasih bagi kami stay rumah tuan &puan. =)

Highly recommended! Our group of 8 had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Evelyn's property. We had plenty of space and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities of the new condo. Getting in at check-in was seamless and easy - especially appreciated as this isn't always the case with KL condo listings. 10/10 will stay again!

The view from here was fantastic..the house was clean too and same as description..it was spacious too..we also able to enjoy the facilities like swimming pool..this place is recommended

Checkin procedure was super easy. Car parking lot located at the very first level and closed to the lift entrance (very convenience for frequent in and out movement). Location very closed to supermarket aeon mall. In overall sufficient for my stay thank you
