Really great location right by a smaller SM mall. MRT across the street and many restaurants and shopping nearby. Leizl is also a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Place was clean and the host was very accommodating! she recommends places to eat as well. all in all the experience was great :)

Great place to stay with even greater view of taal! Lots of good restaurants in walkable distance. The place is spacious and clean. Extra beds and toys for children are also convenient. Highly recommended

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

Very responsive to queries, very accommodating, we re-scheduled our stay twice and she considered us. A peaceful environment to relax and enjoy.

Ms Joanna is very helpful and responsive. We only stayed at her place for a few hours but the house is very nice and clean. We were able to walk around the community while we were looking for foods to eat. The neighbors were all generally pleasant and nice. Highly recommended transient for those travelling to farther places and are looking for a place to rest. 👍

We had a great stay! From the moment we saw the owners, I could say that we would be enjoying being there. I felt like they really prepared the rooms—they provided necessities, made sure that we felt the soothing ambiance, and all the stuff were really clean. I highly recommend them! If we would be given a long weekend anytime soon, we'd probably book them again.

Good location. Nearby stores and just a walk away from my family’s residence. Accommodating and responsive host. Guards and crew are nice and friendly. I am very thankful when Ms Peach accept our reservation in a short notice at the Tempus cafe at 6th floor for our family christmas dinner. Overall it’s a great place and stay. Nice view and quiet place. You can walk around the area safely even at night. I can recommend it to my friends and families. I will book again. Thank you to our hosts!!

Was super impressed!! The place was spotless, check in was smooth and the vibe felt like a cozy boutique hotel. Loved the thoughtful touches. Strong wifi, comfy bed and netflix. Thanks for having detergent at the washer. Super helped!! Location is solid. Close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. Definitely coming back next time I’m in the area! What really stood out was how welcoming and responsive Erika and Jacob were. Super easy to communicate with and made checkin a breeze. Thanks again!!!

Condo Unit is very spacious can fit up to 6-8 pax. Unit is same as described. The only thing I wish the unit has is an eletric pot. Hot water in the dispenser ran out quickly. Guards are very friendly. hall ways and elevator is well maintained. I will book again :) thank yo
