The house was amazing. Our second time staying at this Airbnb. Drove all the way from Portland to Lake Havasu, with our boat. Plenty of room for 16 people!!! Close to lake and the town.

We were soooo happy with our stay at Lynn’s beautiful home in Lake Havasu. Just a short drive to the marina, the location was perfect. My kiddos had so much fun playing pool and air hockey. We spend $10 on quarters!! The floors were spotless (which is a pet peeve of mine). There are plenty of pillows and blankets too. The pillows are amazing!! The kitchen was also well stocked too with all of the utensils. You will have an amazing time at Lynn’s home.

Our experience renting from Kory was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the home was cared for with great attention to detail. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and fully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The location was perfect—peaceful, safe, and close to everything we wanted to explore. Kory himself was a fantastic host: welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and it truly made a difference. You can tell he takes pride not just in the property, but in creating a wonderful experience for his guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily rent from Kory again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-quality rental and a host who genuinely cares!

Amazing trip. My whole group enjoyed our time in Havasu. We do trips all over the country every year and this is one of our favorite houses in the last 20 years. Highly Recommend to all!

We have stayed here several times. It is our first pick when we look for a house in Havasu. Nancy is great to deal with and the house is perfect for a large family or group.

Our family has been going to Lake Havasu for spring break for the last 5 or 6 years. This house was by far the best. The kitchen is so stocked to seasoning to baggies it had everything you would need. Coffee was provided. We did buy some but wouldnt HAVE to go out the very first day. The outdoor space was perfect and cozy. Plenty of seating and the pool was heated and very clean. We love that this house had trees!!! Yes there are more leaves to clean up but trees!!! I would absolutely stay here again. I was a little concerned that the pool and yard guy would wake us up at 6am ringing the door bell but he didnt thankfully haha.

Their place in as every bit they promised and more. So well appointed. Beautiful details. It included coffee and creamer which was a very nice touch. We will book their place again and again. Best place on Airbnb at this price point in Lake Havasu.

My daughter and I had a really nice visit here in Havasu. Ruben was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We didn’t get to use the pool, it wasn’t quite warm enough yet, but it was massive and would be great when the temperature is 100’! All in all the home worked out very well. We took advantage of some of Ruben’s recommendations of places to go and we had some amazing food and drinks! Thanks Ruben!

My stay at Jennifer’s place was nothing short of perfect and amazing! The house was spacious with 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and a loft, offering plenty of room for our group of 8. The property came with all the amenities you could ever need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a BBQ grill and even a cooler to take to the lake. The location of this property was the highlight of the trip - we were in town for the IJSBA World Finals in Crazy Horse Campground and the nearness made it easy to come back and forth to the house to beat the heat. Jennifer was extremely helpful and very willing to help. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!
