We returned to the Bay Area from the East Coast for a family event - and were lucky to find Charlie and Jenny’s place very close to where family lives. Communication was amazing even before the trip began . The apartment is on the bottom of Charlie and Jenny’s house and very private . There is a separate parking space, which is a a huge bonus in the area. The living space is VERY roomy - much more so than I expected from pics! SUPER clean , and SUPER well stocked, with lots of personal touches . Loved the kitchen and bathroom !!! I had to do some work during the week and there was a woke space as well. Two comfy bedrooms with VERY comfortable beds, extra blankets, pillows, pool/beach towels - you name it. We met both Charlie and Jenny in person and they were so lovely to chat with . Charlie gave lots of great restaurants info ! If you travel with family or kids- they also will find so many toys, games- even bathtub toys ! Since we will return to the area, I would absolutely return!

Cute San Francisco condo in an extremely cute, safe, and vibrant neighborhood. My wife and I had a fantastic time staying here. This place is a fantastic home-away-from-home. We would 100% consider staying here again when we’re visiting the area.

The best description is thoughtful. Aaron designed the space thoughtfully. Everything was tasteful; there were every amenity you could want plus more you didn't know you needed; the arrangement of the furniture, dishes ,etc. The space was clean, comfortable, well appointed and well lighted. even though it's a basement there are plenty of windows with shades you can raise to let in natural light and that you can open for fresh air. The garden outside is lovely and the entrance is well lit and easy to access. Aaron provides necessary and useful info in a timely manner plus there is a useful little notebook with descriptions of local amenities and attractions. He responds quickly to questions. I felt really welcome and safe. It's a very walkable location. This was my second stay at this Airbnb and I would stay again!

A nice, clean, comfortable place to call home for a week long visit to the East Bay Area. Kitchen is well equipped and there are great grocery stores nearby. Beds are very comfortable and the place is very clean. Quiet enough for downtown Berkeley. We were very happy there!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. There were 5 of us and we were very comfortable. If we had quesitons we recieved a very quick response. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos and is very clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to Park Street. The apartment has a full kitchen but if you are looking to get out and enjoy the Alameda nightlife (it's not too crazy) it's very easy to walk to nearby restaurants, bars, and coffee places. The dedicted parking spot was a plus, and our son enjoyed the basketball hoop. We will stay here again if we have another larger group.

La casa cumplió con las expectativas que teníamos. Lamentablemente durante nuestra estancia me dio gripe y por suerte, la cocina de la casa contaba con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Esto me ayudó muchísimo en mi recuperación. El Bart queda a 15 minutos caminando. En general disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en casa de Jason. Es un lugar que recomendamos al 100%

Thank you to our hosts, Carrie and Alex! This was our 2nd time staying here. It's very homey and the bed is super comfortable! The kitchen is fully stocked, and the bathroom is very functional! We are looking forward to more stays here so we can conveniently visit with our family.

Peggy has a remarkable home close to many amazing places to explore- Noe Valley, Castro, Mission and a close hop to the Haight and Golden Gate Park. The place felt like home and Peggy was an excellent host. This was a perfect place to stay for our family of four. Highly recommend!

Der Aufenthalt entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Sean war sehr freundlich, gab uns viele Tipps und stellte auch Getränke und Snacks zur Verfügung, was eine tolle Geste war. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und gut gelegen. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt haben wir uns unsicher gefühlt und insbesondere die Möglichkeit in der Garage parken zu dürfen, war sehr von Vorteil. Daher insgesamt für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen.

Kim’s place was absolutely perfect for our extended stay while our house was being remodeled. It is large, private, tastefully decorated - we felt at home immediately. Alameda has a great small town feel, and there are several restaurants and bars in walking distance (or short drive), plus easy access to Oakland and SF for more urban amenities. Kim is very responsive and a great host. We highly recommend Kim’s place, particularly if you are looking for an extended stay.

Kit was a great host! She was with responses and the home was perfect for our family of four. We had no issues and will definitely stay here again when we visit our family in Alameda!

The space was extremely clean, well kept, and we didn’t hear any noise from below. We really liked the shower/showerheads. Victor was extremely accommodating! The mattresses themselves are fairly firm. We were expecting a little different. But, he immediately helped by ordering toppers.

A casa é muito boa, bem localizada. Próxima a mercados e restaurantes. O pátio é excelente e tem até brinquedos e jogos para crianças. A limpeza é impecável e tem tudo para uma excelente estadia. Quartos confortáveis, com boa quantidade de cobertores, travesseiros. Banheiro excelente, com muitas toalhas. Cozinha completa, tudo de muita qualidade. Produtos disponíveis para lavar roupa, louça e até limpar bancadas. O anfitrião é muito amigável e responde rápido. Adoramos a estadia!!! Voltaríamos, com certeza!!!

I’d have to say I was a little nervous about staying in an ADU but Sushil just kept to himself and allowed us to come in and out hassle free and that helped me feel more comfortable. Check in was easy once I followed the instructions carefully. I highly recommend a stay at this AB&B to all. We definitely will look him up if we are in the area again. Thanks Sushil!

Beautiful condo only a block and 1/2 away from the beach/pier. The home was fully stocked and the beds were very very comfy! Loved the outdoor patio area with the fire pit.

We loved our stay here! So centrally located to everything we needed; we could walk to coffee and shops and restaurants easily, and then just a short drive to so many other things, including SF and the beach. The space exceeded our expectations in every way--cozy bedrooms, sweet patio behind the house, lots of games and books and a great kitchen. And getting in and out of the house with the keyless entry made it so simple--no keys to worry about! We'd definitely stay there again!

The house is big and lovely. Its 30 mins walk from major centers like Mission or Union Square, although I missed having a few restaurants or hang out spots bit closer to home. Jefferson was very helpful once I found his phone number - we were facing minor issues checking-in and he cleared them up right away.

This was a wonderfully appointed, super clean large flat with very comfortable beds, gorgeous vintage living room, beautiful dining room and a wonderful kitchen for cooking with enormous light having the availability of a parking space is a great plus. This location is extremely convenient to the Golden Gate Bridge and Marin County as well as to the San Francisco, Marina for beautiful hikes and many trendy restaurants and coffee, shops, and bakeries. The location is close to a busy road that is relatively quiet at night. The host are charming and professional.

I was in SF for a conference that was taking place in the financial district, but my husband and I wanted to stay in a more central area with character. Ehson's location was an awesome home base. We explored lots of the city on foot and uber'd when needed. He needs to update the photos - the updated furniture and decor is really cute and comfy. Giant TV. The decor is not cluttered (I despise cluttered Airbnb's). The view from the living room window is incredible. You would have to pay major money at a hotel to have that bridge and bay view - so this Airbnb is a great value. We felt 100% safe around the apartment and in the surrounding neighborhoods. The neighbors in our gated area were SUPER quiet and we only saw one other person in 7 days. *The only suggestion would be adding black-out curtains to the bedroom window. Overall, Ehson was super helpful and gave us lots of restaurant and general city recommendations. He responds faster than any other host we've had. 10 stars for Ehson!

Selamawit’s places is the perfect spot to stay if you ever have business in Oakland – I was there for a local film festival at the Grand Lake Theater. Matching the tranquil location that was within walking distance to all of the excitement of grand Avenue was the impeccable and spacious home as well as Selamawit’s consummate hosting. She was always available, flexible, and attentive to my needs. It was a pleasure to stay in her space I hope to stay there the next time I find myself in the Bay Area.
