Located in a quiet cul de sac, just a short walking distance to the lake. A two story home with a large open area upstairs offering a sofa, one queen and one double bed. Downstairs, there are two double bedrooms, with queen beds and a smaller bedroom with a double bed. A modern kitchen, dinning and lounge with ranch sliders onto the deck. It is fully insulated and double-glazed with a built-in heater for winter months. The caravan is parked next to the owner's home, ensuring privacy. BBQ is available on request.
