Mieliśmy bardzo udany miesiąc w tym domu. Mieszkanie jest duże, wygodne i czyste, położone w uroczej wiosce, otoczonej naturą i spokojem. Pietraroja i cały region Matese są niezwykłe, ludzie sympatyczni. Gianni to idealny, pomocny gospodarz. Mimo upałów dom był przyjemnie chłodny. Jeśli kochacie góry i autentyczną społeczność - musicie odwiedzić to miejsce.

We traveled all day and when we arrived Nicola had supplied us with snacks and breakfast for the next day. The kitchen is stocked with all things necessary to cook meals. There is a grocery store a few doors down the street that has anything you would need and a butcher a few doors down for there. Also, a green grocer truck comes down the street most mornings offering fresh fruits and vegetables. This place is a home and you feel it from the start. Even though it is very spacious, it feels like a warm hug. The beds and beddings are comfy, the bathrooms spacious with lots of hot water, and the garden and views are breathtaking. From the huge upper patio you can see neighboring villages and the vast rolling hills. We were there in the Spring and were witness to the grapevines changing from sticks to then leafing and then we saw tiny clumps of grapes beginning to form. This is such a wonderful place; I hope many people can experience the peaceful setting and warm people of the village.

Isabella è stata un host molto gentile e simpatica. Ci ha fatto trovare pane olio e pomodori di sua produzione. La sua disponibilità ha fatto superare alcuni piccole difficoltà riscontrate nell alloggio, che comunque sono state prontamente risolte, a parte il wi fi che non ha funzionato. All'arrivo le indicazioni con foto per raggiungere la casa sono state provvidenziali.Isabella è anche stata molto gentile alla partenza lasciandoci libertà di orario. Grazie anche dei biscottini....

The place was even better than the photos! The upstairs seating area opened up onto the patio and the side windows could all be opened so you could have the seating area totally opened but if the weather was not perfect you could close everything up. The apartment was well equipped and the espresso maker was fantastic. Giuseppe met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked. There were stores, restaurants and bars all within walking distance and we visited many beaches even though we didn’t have a car. This place was a treasure as was the beautiful town of Peschici. We hope to return and hope we are able to rent Giuseppe’s apartment again.

Das Apartment ist wunderschön in der Altstadt gelegen. Das Highlight für uns war der ruhige Balkon mit Aussicht aufs Meer und die Umgebung. Die Wohnung und ihre Lage bietet tolle Möglichkeiten für schöne Fotos, da das Licht perfekt ist. Man kommt ein aller Ruhe morgens vor den Tagestouristen die Altstadt erkunden, die mit zahlreichen guten Restaurants und tollen Aussichtspunkten vieles zu bieten hat. Michela war super hilfsbereit und hat uns eine tolles Erlebnis mit ihren Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Aktivitäten beschert. Ich kann den Aufenthalt hier in Vieste nur empfehlen! Es war großartig.

Salvatore si è dimostrato da subito un host molto proattivo, l’appartamento è in pieno centro storico , ma facile da raggiungere, avendo un ampio parcheggio dove lasciare la macchina a pochi metri L’ambiente curato e pulito Ottima esperienza

Vi var to familier i en leilighet, 4 voksne og 5 barn i alder 9-15 år. Vi hadde to fantastiske uker i villaen. Villaen har en utrulig flott utsikt til sjøen, og har badebasseng, ping pong, basketkorg og mere som barne kunne aktivisere seg med. Vi kom sent om natten, men Rosa stod klar for å ta oss imot. Der var mat så vi kunne spise både frokost og lunsj neste dag. Leiligheten ble godt rengjort i løpet av oppholdet, og sengetøy ble skiftet. Det er nyttig med bil for å komme seg rundt, da butikk ikke er i ganga stand. Vi besøkte ulike nydelige strender, og ble begeistret for den koselige byen Vasto. Vi opplevde at folk generelt sett var hyggelige og imøtekommende. Vi kan absolutt anbefale Villa Osca og området rundt til andre reisende.

Court séjour dans un beau et paisible village des abruzzes. La maison contient tout ce qu’il faut et le jardin avec piscine est très bien aménagé. Les propriétaires sont d adorables personnes qui possèdent également un restaurant dans le centre, que nous vous conseillons d essayer.

El piso de arriba es muy bonito. La terraza nos ha gustado mucho: se pueden ver las estrellas y la luna, es muy relajante sentarse allí por la noche y oír el canto de los grillos. Los niños se han encontrado muy a gusto: el jardín y la piscina han sido ideales para ellos. El perro también ha podido disfrutar de espacios verdes, sin obligación de llevar correa. Silvio ha sido en todo momento encantador, a pesar del bullicio de los niños y ladridos ocasionales de Bruma. ¡Gracias Silvio! :-)

Wow! What an amazing time we had at David’s place in Palmoli. The house is every bit as incredible as the photos with sweeping views over the Italian countryside and complete privacy. The interior has been so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lots of home comforts while respecting the history of the buildings. Beds were comfortable and we all slept so peacefully. Special mention too for the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. And then the private and immaculate pool is the icing on the cake. We were sorely tempted not to explore past the boundary of the grounds, but can strongly recommend the beachside towns onto the Adriatic which are all 30-45 mins drive away: Vasto, San Salvo and Termoli. Thank you so much for hosting us and welcoming us to your home. We really appreciate it!

Il soggiorno a Villa Elena è stato senza dubbio fantastico poiché la casa è ancor più bella di come sembrava nelle foto. Tutto era in ordine e pulito. È ben fornita di tutto ed è adatta ad un soggiorno di 10 persone. Avendo i riscaldamenti con due caldaie separate per i piani, la casa rimane calda e si può gestire quale piano riscaldare. Ha una bellissima terrazza e un salone con una bellissima vista sulle montagne. Inoltre il proprietario e l’assistente sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili Inoltre a qualsiasi domanda entrambi sono stati reperibili con una veloce risposta. Lo spazio nelle camere è giusto e ogni persona aveva il necessario per stanze e bagni (2 pubblici e 2 privati). Il paese vicino (Cusano Mutri) è molto bello, e tutte le persone incontrate sono state calorose e molto amichevoli. Per concludere: vacanza senza dubbio bellissima, consigliata assolutamente.

Una casetta graziosa in campagna in una zona molto tranquilla

Siamo stati molto bene a Casa Berta, Claudio e sua moglie Veronica sono stati molto gentili e sempre disponibili. Villa Berta è in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere il lungo mare di Vieste, il centro del paese e moltissime delle spiagge più belle del Gargano. Abbiamo trovato l'alloggio perfetto per le nostre esigenze, siamo una famiglia con due bambini e abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia e il fatto che, nonostante il periodo molto caldo, non ci sia stato bisogno quasi mai di utilizzare l'aria condizionata. Torneremo senz'altro!!!

Uriges Bauernhaus neben alten Klostermauern mit tollem Garten in schöner Randlage. Edoardo ist super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wenn es sehr kalt ist, unzureichend heizbar, dann warme Sachen und Wärmflaschen zu empfehlen. Starker Gasherd, kochen geht super schnell.

The hosts are beautiful, kind, open and helpful people and this is what made our stay so special. The house and the terrace in front are very cozy and are well equipped, you can see that that Savino and Francesca arrange everything with love, care and style. Therefore, this house is most perfect for families / couples looking for a place where they can relax and have a quiet holiday. We went there at the end of September 2023. Even though we were very unlucky with the weather, we could swim as the sea is still quite warm. The beach area in general is very nice and perfect for kinds (as it does not go deep right away).

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane a casa di Giulia e dal primo momento ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa era come da descrizione con un ottimo spazio antistante e in una zona molto tranquilla. La stradina d’accesso è un po’ stretta e in ripida salita, ma in settembre abbiamo incrociato altre macchine raramente.

Serena war vom Kontakt bis zur Verabschiedung eine super Gastgeberin. Immer freundlich, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ihre Tipps waren alle absolut gut und wir haben uns mit Feedback bzw Entdeckungen durch uns revanchiert. Das Appartment war wie auf den Fotos und hatte absolut alles was für für 4 schöne Tage brauchten. Die Fenster sind übrigens sehr gut, sind sie zu hört man einfach gar nichts! Besonders gefallen haben mir die vielen kleinen Dekodetails, verteilt in der ganzen Wohnung. Ich komme sehr gern wieder :)

Le logement est très grand, très bien aménagé. Belle terrasse et magnifique vue. Malheureusement a cause de notre arrivée tardive nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer Valentina mais elle a mis tout en oeuvre pour nous guider et répondre à nos questions de façon fluide et rapide.

Ci siamo trovate molto bene. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto la nonna di Alessia, che è stata molto gentile e ospitale. La casa di Alessia aveva tutto il necessario per un soggiorno. Posizione ideale per raggiungere le varie località turistiche(Vieste, Peschici, Foggia, Monte Sant'Angelo e S. Giovanni Rotondo). Alessia è stata flessibile nell'orario di check in e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per poter soggiornare, ancora prima del nostro arrivo in struttura. La zona è molto tranquilla, ci sono anche spiagge libere subito fuori dell'alloggio, con ristoranti dove e possibile mangiare in loco o da asporto, con ottima preparazione dei piatti. Il centro di Mattinata è facilmente raggiungibile in auto e offre molti forni e molti servizi per la persona. Ottimo il pane, focaccia e panzerotti. Siamo state molto soddisfatte nel nostro soggiorno. Complimenti, Alessia!

Sonia e Nicolino sono degli host veramente eccezionali, molto gentili, disponibili e di cuore. Il check-in ottimo come anche il check-out. Casa con un giardino molto carino con due terrazzi con vista sul mare. Inoltre un bel prato curato e anche il parcheggio ottimo. La macchina rimane dentro il recinto al sicuro e direttamente vicino la porta di entrata, quindi molto comodo. Ci è piaciuto tutto e ritorneremo di sicuro. Grazie di cuore cari Sonia e Nicolino!

La location di Marisa è un delizioso appartamentino che affaccia sulla piazzetta del Duomo del Borgo vecchio di Termoli. L'appartamento è perfetto per due persone sia per soggiorni brevi che lunghi. Ordinato, pulitissimo, attrezzato di tutto. Marisa è un host eccellente, reattiva e pronta a rispondere a ogni esigenza.

Cercavamo un posto per rilassarci in tutto relax, e lo abbiamo trovato! Casa accogliente, arredata con gusto, molto curata e pulita, immersa nella natura e nonostante questo con ogni confort come TV, WiFi, e soprattutto un caminetto favoloso davanti al quale abbiamo passato serate rilassanti. La titolare Maria Cristina ha dimostrato una disponibilità unica, e perfino il vicinato che si è attivato per farci avere un po' di legna da ardere (grazie sig. Bruno). Da consigliare assolutamente, sperando però che la prossima volta troveremo di nuovo posto!
