We had a great holiday in Alison’s. The house is comfortable. The situation, close to Eilean Donan Castle, is wonderful. It is a great location for hill walking and for exploring the Northwest Highlands and Skye. Alison was very friendly and helpful.

Para quem procura sossego a vista desra casa é maravilhosa .. Fica numa vila tranquila, com supermercado perto e poucos restaurantes. Casa espaçosa, bem decorada, devidamente aquecida e com lareira. Cozinha totalmente equipada. Nos preferimos cozinhar para ter a sensação de sermos moradores. Quartos tamanho adequado. Tudo limpo. Vista para o mar. Sauna e jacuzzi a disposição. Pena ficarmos apenas 2 dias. Recomendo.

This is not a house, it’s a home. It has everything you need for the family to be comfortable right from the moment you arrive with something for everyone. Standout for the young children a fab garden with an awesome trampoline. Standout for the adults space and comfort to totally relax. What takes it from great to exceptional are the thoughtful touches …… and there are a lot but it’s most of all the welcome and hospitality of Kay our host who kept in touch to make sure all was well and gave us brilliant tips on where to go suitable for each of our parties needs. The Garden Cottage was lovely. There is the ruins of a castle built in 1179 in the backyard. Katie was friendly and responsive. I can't say enough good things about the cottage, the land, the espresso machine and the surrounding nature. I hated leaving.

Cette maison est spacieuse et très confortable, l environnement est très calme, elle est très bien placée, avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Portree. Nous recommandons fortement cette maison.

We were very happy about our choice of cottage; particularly as it is pet friendly. Our hosts were very proactive in terms of communication - it was good to be warned about being well prepared in terms of provisions - no nearby shops! The cottage is wonderfully peaceful which suited us; it was also wonderfully warm - especially the bathroom with its heated floor; this made the cottage an excellent retreat on the one day of bad weather that we had , if necessary the bathroom could have been used as a drying room! We enjoyed the space; properties with just one bedroom can be cramped but as the photos show, there is a table with 4 chairs in the kitchen; the lounge has two sofas and in the bedroom you can easily walk on both sides of the bed. The bedroom has generous storage. The surrounding garden is a delight. Another reason for choosing Blossom Cottage was that it was reasonably close to the Three Chimneys restaurant. There are many excellent walks nearby, some of which we enjoyed.

I booked Cardon house for my friends Hen do! It was in such a lovely location, surrounded by woodland. There was lots of space outdoors and seating areas to sit outside. Indoors was lovely, ample space for larger parties to stay. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy. The lounge area was lovely, it was very spacious and had lots of seating. It was great for hosting the hen party games and being able to sit together. There was a lovely wood burner which unfortunately we did not get a chance to use but would be great for in the winter. The kitchen and dining area was open plan and spacious and there was a large table for all of us to sit. It’s about a 15/20 min drive by taxi, which we used to travel into Inverness. Taxi was able to find Cardon house promptly and easily. Caroline was responsive when I asked her questions regarding the stay and we got to meet her when we checked out. She was welcoming and asked about our stay. We did not want to leave. Very happy bride to be!

Fiona was a wonderful host, very proactive and friendly. Beautiful fresh flowers and coffee, tea and biscuits were a lovely touch. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the views over the loch were lovely. There were also lots of good games and puzzles. The overall cleanliness could have been improved, in particular the kitchen but didn't detract from our stay. Thank you Fiona

Superb, very spacious, thoughtfully and immaculately presented basement flat of family home. Felt private. Super location for walking to local amenities /beach. Mike and Helen have thought through what helps a holiday maker and provided it in the apartment . Communication was v. prompt and helpful. All good!

A top class Airbnb from start to finish. Luxury finishes throughout and spotlessly clean. Andrew is very responsive to requests. Great location and walkable to everything you need during your stay. View from the kitchen and bedroom across the water is breathtaking. Parking is a bonus. We had a magic few days exploring the many river walks and mountains. Highly recommend a stay here when in Fort William. Thanks Andrew.

It was our first time on Mull and we couldn't have wished for a better experience. Heather's apartment was perfect for us and made the visit so comfortable and convenient. We had no problems at all with the place, but her communication gave us confidence that if we had experienced any issues they would have been sorted out straight away.

Location! Location! Location! This ground level apartment was very convenient to the Tesco next door, restaurants around the corner and more right across the river. Easy parking in the Tesco parking lot, quiet at night, lovely fittings and furnishings, great water pressure in the shower- all in all a wonderful place to stay!

Fantastische Lage für den Aufenthalt. Viele Restaurants und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung. Die Räumlichkeiten waren super ausgestattet, es war alles da was benötigt wird.

We had a great stay at Eilidh’s! It was perfectly located in town with beautiful views and easy access to restaurants, walking trails, and relatively short drives to all of the big attractions of Isle of Skye. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing AirBnB! Super clean and very spacious. Left lots of great instructions and recommendations for the area! The apartment had lots of little personal touches that made you feel right at home! Would highly recommend it! Super communicative and helpful hosts in a beautiful area!

Kristin was a fantastic host - really understood our needs when travelling with our baby & toddler, super responsive and great at communicating. Our baby loved the high chair - "just" an ikea one with the tray, but so handy to have this! We'll likely be back next month and will be crossing our fingers Kirstin's place is available then!

A magical place to stay, especially with children! Has everything you need and more. Comfortable rooms, and a magnificent banqueting table in the kitchen for communal meals. The lounge is bigger than it looks in the photo and can comfortably seat everybody staying. Roberta was really helpful in the run up, answering various questions I had and giving useful suggestions. Many thanks. We hope to be back someday!

Marie was a great hostess and the house was amazing in great condition and very clean. The location is good and Marie assisted us with all the questions and had a full breakfast prepared for us.

Very comfortable house right in the heart of Newtonmore - was a perfect location for a family winter break. Lots of space with 2 lounges and generously sized bedrooms. Really well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen in particular plus lots of games and books for the wet days (there were a few!). Off-street parking, nearby co-op shop and responsive hosts made for a stress free and enjoyable stay. We hope to be back!

We couldn’t have found anything better than this place for a group of 8 of us staying to hike Ben Nevis and explore the surrounding areas. It had everything we needed and was worth every penny. The location is very peaceful and out of the way with a stunning view of the mountains and only a 15 minute drive away from Fort William. We hope to come back at some point in the future and stay for longer to explore this side of Scotland some more. The hosts are very friendly and are very easy to communicate with regarding check in and any requests.

Very nice house, a short walk to the waterfront but not too close to be in amongst the visitors. Quite and very handy for the Wester Ross walks and climbs. Safe garden that our dog could roam around freely. House was clean and well equipped. We had fabulous weather but it would also have worked in more traditional/wet weather with plenty of space for outdoor kit.

While we were not at the unit much (we were out sightseeing), it was a great place to come back to. There was plenty of space, photos are accurate, it was well maintained, clean and well equipped. Robin was always responsive with our questions within a short time. Great choice! We would stay again!
