Alquiler de casas con porche para vacaciones en Lu Bagnu

Die Unterkunft war groß und geräumig, zwei sehr schöne sanierte Badezimmer, zwei sehr große Terrassen mit jeweils sehr gepflegtem Garten und eine dritte Dachterrasse mit Rundumblick. Die Küche besaß alles was wir brauchten inklusive einem modernen 4-Felder-Induktionsherd. Das Warmwasser funktionierte überall einwandfrei und es gab bequeme Gartenmöbel in ausreichender Anzahl. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren ebenfalls bequem. Im Nachbarort Santa Teresa, der in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar ist, gibt es gute und leckere Gastronomie, die wir auch mehrfach genossen haben. Die ganze Gegend hat uns toll gefallen und unser Vermieter Matteo und sein Team sind jederzeit leicht erreichbar, sollte man sie brauchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke, Matteo!

Nous avons passé une petite semaine en famille ( 2 adultes 1 enfant et un bébé) dans le logement. La maison de Maria Laura est situé dans un endroit paisible à 8/10 minutes à pied de la plage et 10 /15 minutes en voiture de la ville de Sorso. Maria Laura est tres sympa et nous a tres bien accueillie à notre arrivée sur l'Ile. la communication est extrêmement rapide et efficace via message (merci encore pour les tips et bonnes adresses). Le logement est bien équipé avec une vue sur la mer en arrière plan très cool. Un petit dej pour tout le monde avec gâteaux et confitures et chaque jour. rien à dire de plus c'était top. merci encore . bonne continuation ! Guillaume Deborah Milo et Matéo

Das Haus ist absolut top, groß und perfekt gelegen, alles genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat nicht viel Arbeitsfläche aber dafür gibt es einen großen Esstisch 😉 beide Bäder sind gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind toll und riesig. Wir hatten ebenfalls das Problem bzgl. Wasser und WLAN aber Irene hat uns sofort geholfen, sodass das überhaupt kein Thema war, damit kann man in südlichen Ländern rechnen. Irene ist eine absolut vorbildliche Gastgeberin, flexibel und geht auf Wünsche ein, sodass wir die Möglichkeit bekommen haben früher einzuchecken und später auszuchecken, was für uns einfach klasse war! Séjour très agréable et reposant chez Catherina et David. Ils ont été très réactifs et Catherina nous a conseillé plusieurs activités à faire à Alghero et de bonnes adresses pour manger. Le cadre est magnifique avec la présence de poules, chèvres et moutons ce qui était amusant pour nos enfants. Pas loin du centre ville en voiture et des belles plages. Nous reviendrons une prochaine fois avec plaisir.

Nous avons eu un tres bon accueil. Proprietaire toujours reactif et tres gentils. Les lieux etaient comme decrit ! Nous y avons passé un super sejour! Nous recommandons largement

Je recommande plus que vivement! Le logement était très propre et fidèle aux photos. Les enfants ont pu s’amuser dans le jardin et nous avons profité amplement des extérieurs pour y manger et se reposer. Quant à Antonietta, elle est une hôte très agréable et réactive. Tout était impeccable! Merci pour tout Antonietta.

Antonio hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen! Der Ort und die Lage des Hauses sind zauberhaft und sehr idyllisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und das Haus hat ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Schöne, moderne Wohnung, hübsch eingerichtet, toller Ausblick auf den Hafen. Die Klimaanlage (Heizung) im Wohnraum war außer Betrieb. Vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung geht es etliche Meter und 50 Stufen aufwärts. Im Ort gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, ohne Auto schlecht zu erreichen.

L'appartement de Ludovica, super, rien à redire, tout est parfait, propreté, emplacement. Ludovica communique avec ses hôtes, veille à ce que tout se passe bien. L'appartement est moderne, très bien équipé. Nous avons passé 9 jours avec 2 ados. Si nous revenons en Sardaigne, nous retournerons sans hésiter chez Ludivica.

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in Alghero verbracht. Die Gastgeberin hat uns viele Tips für Restaurants, Bars und Aktivitäten gegeben und wir haben jeden Tag etwas davon gemacht. Sie war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sogar eine Reservierung in einem Restaurant für uns gemacht. Falls wir wieder nach Alghero kommen, ist diese saubere, schöne Wohnung mit der Terasse unsere erste Wahl.

The location was perfect, quiet, in a residential area but an easy walk to the beach, marina and restaurants. The apartment was as per the photos and super clean. Carmen was very responsive and provided some suggestions for the area. We were only there 2 nights but I wish we had stayed longer.

Myself and girlfriend have just returned from a wonderful week at Casita de mar, the apartment is very comfy, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean with nice extra touches like beach mats & towels, a bottle of bubbly and various nibbles waiting to greet us. The living room/kitchen is perfectly orientated to make the most of the stunning sea and beach views through the full width sliding doors that lead out to a very large balcony. The location is perfect especially if not driving, it’s central on the promenade with the marina and old city in one direction & the beautiful Maria Pia beach in the other which is well worth a visit. Less than 10 mins walk behind the apt you have a Coop & Conad supermarkets for all your self catering needs. Never met the hosts but the instructions sent to us were clear & polite, I’m sure if we had a problem or needed help they would have been very responsive. We thoroughly loved our stay in Casa de mar, Alghero and Sardinia & can 100% recommend Casa de mar!

il mini appartamento è minimal ma in gin dei conti ha tutti i comfort, dalla cucina ad un bagno abitabile e un bellissimo spazio esterno. La zona, nonostante fosse vicina 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, è molto silenziosa e lontana dal traffico cittadino.

The place is really nice, very clean, terrace is amazing :) we had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, we parked on the street and there was no problem to find parking spot anytime, we could use the bikes. we really enjoyed our stay :)

Me and my friend  had a great vacation at Michele's apartment. It was nice, clean and spacious, we had everything we needed . The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beach and also close to the city center. Michele is an extremely nice, friendly and helpful guy. We were planning a trip to Bosa by bus, but he offered us a lift by car to and from Bosa as he had plans to go there. He even drove us to the airport  after returning from Bosa . We could even leave our luggage at the apartment the whole day before we left for the airport, as there were no guests coming that day so we had a late check out which was very convenient for us. Thank you very much Michele for your hospitality and help, you made our vacation even better :) I highly recommend Michele and his apartment.

Very good location of the flat: close to the beach promenade, the market, the supermarket and some remarkably good restaurants. The flat itself is very nice. Tastefully furnished, everything new and of high quality, beds and mattresses very comfortable, kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils, air conditioning etc. The absolute highlight are the two terraces. Simply fantastic. The service provided by Fergus, Elisabetta and Silvia left nothing to be desired. Easy communication and quick feedback. We received numerous good recommendations. We were very pleased to have met Elisabetta and Silvia in person. What lovely and friendly ladies. Many thanks again for the great service. In short: An unreserved recommendation in every respect.

Maurizio's place was 100% perfect. It is actually much bigger than the pictures. There are two full size rooms and one smaller bedroom. Both bathrooms were good sized. The location was excellent- walking distance to restaurants, the castle, bars, etc. There is free parking at the apartment if you are able to get it - which we were. Otherwise lots of paid parking nearby. The apartment was FULL of amenities that were all in good condition. There is a clothes washing machine we used twice. There are SEVERAL BALCONIES that you can choose to relax on. The apartment was very sound proof when windows were closed. A/C worked great. There is a view of the sunset from the front patio. Maurizio was very responsive and made very clear that anything in the house was open for our use including the bottled water. Check-in was easy and check-out was even easier. I would highly recommend this apartment. It is very spacious and would be great for two couples.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le mari d’Eva qui parle très bien français donc plus facile pour nous le logement est tres bien placé à 2 pas de la mer une cour privée clôturée donc pour notre chien parfait tout etait tres fonctionnel et complet et merci pour toutes ces recommandations qui nous ont permis de passer un tres bon séjour.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The place looked like the pictures, had everything we needed, clean water, beds were comfortable, and location is within walking distance to the center of town, restaurants, little stores…typical Italian small town feel. I appreciated the “welcome” snack ☺️ Great communication with the host.

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

Our stay was perfect! Aggie and Magda (cohost) were very friendly and provided all the helpful information. Apartment is beautiful, close to the breathtaking beaches, stores, etc. we enjoyed it so much!

Es war die beste Unterkunft auf Sardinien in der wir waren! Super sauber und ordentlich. Es hatte alles was man braucht um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat uns viele schöne Orte empfohlen egal ob Strand, Restaurant oder ein Markt der direkt um die Ecke der Unterkunft ist. Falls wir wieder nach Sardinien kommen sollten dann auf jeden Fall wieder zurück in diese Wohnung!

We stayed for 3 nights at Veronica‘s and it was perfect. Veronica always responded very quickly. Check-in was clear and we could even stay a bit longer for check-out because we needed to pass some time as we had a doctors appointment. The apartment has everything you need to stay for a longer time. Parking was at the street, but there is always a free spot. It was very clean and the garden is beautiful to spend some time. We can highly recommend this place.

Erik' place is a fabulous well furbished and equipped apartment. it stands out for the great cenrtal location that enables you to reach the beach (no more free since 2024) by walking while being at the heart of the village for pleasant evenings (however if you need quieter places i recommend places far form the center) Erik is a fantastic host: super responsive, clear and open to any request. his local support for cleaning and last mile requests is super I have already been in santa teresa several times but this time i was in the best location for my personal needs (a family of 5 plus 2 hosts for few days) many thanks to Erik again for making this holiday special!
