Incredible place! Definitely a kind host who makes check in easy. The place is walking distance to the restaurant behind it, and many other places in town. I felt right at home and enjoyed the view. Had a cute map of the town in the kitchen. Had some games and books to use. Would book again!

Such a wonderful getaway this last weekend! The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described—if not better. It’s clear that a lot of care and thought has gone into making guests feel at home. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was quick and friendly throughout. A special thank you for the complimentary bottle of wine—it was such a thoughtful touch and really made the stay feel extra special. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I’d love to come back in the future!

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. The Airbnb was close to a lot of restaurants and the downtown core. Grocery store and laundromat were close as well. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful ladies weekend away. The place was quite lovely and exactly as described. Everyone raved about the beds, they were super comfy!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 If I could give it 100 stars, I would! This was hands down my best stay ever. The cottage is magical—quiet, spotless, and so cozy I instantly felt at home. The view? Absolutely breathtaking. You can see the lake from every room—even from bed! I slept like a queen in nature’s embrace. The area is perfect for peaceful walks and soul resets. Now, Megan—she’s the kind of host you wish every Airbnb had. So responsive, so proactive, I suspect she has superpowers. Every little request was handled faster than I could hit send. She made sure everything was perfect before I even had to ask. I felt so at home, I almost started forwarding my mail there. Confession: I debated not writing this review because I don’t want it to get booked solid… but they deserve all the love. If you’re lucky enough to stay here, treat it like the rare gem it is—and please, leave a few weekends open for me. 💛 P.S. I brought home memories, peace of mind, and about 237 lake view pics. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay here. The outdoor space was picturesque and the indoor space was equally as nice. The complimentary parks pass and proximity to Algonquin was a huge bonus. We only wished we had stayed longer :)

My stay was comfortable and relaxing! I love this house it’s so unique and fun. My son and I loved it. We found it feels sort of like a fort which we loved. The host is so relaxed and go with the flow it was so refreshing!!! Definitely give her a 5 outta 5 I will certainly stay here again and I recommend this place to anyone else who is looking for a airbnb in Bancroft area! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

This place was amazing and very clean.. They had almost everything we need. I really loved this place and we enjoyed kayaking, canoeing, playing ping-pong and also we enjoyed staying outside with our bonfire. The best part was the hot tub we had time to sat in the hot tub while talking great memories with friends. I highly recommend this place to those families that need peaceful and enjoyable vacation or time off like us.. We drove 5 hours from Windsor and my friends drove 3 hours from Ottawa... The 2 kids were having fun playing with the arcade.... Thanks to the host...

Our stay at Khandakar’s place was really enjoyable! The house is located within walking distance from Bobcaygeon. It was cozy and welcoming, equipped with everything we might need. We definitely recommend it to those visiting Bobcaygeon!

We had a lovely stay at Clare’s Cabin everything was as expected and she was super responsive and checking in on us incase we needed anything. Will definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway!

loved our stay at patricias place, it was very clean, cozy, welcoming and Patricia was excellent to deal with. Had everything you needed and more. view of the backyard was also beautiful. can't wait to stay again.

The place is very nice, the kids liked the small sand beach. The water is very clean and nice to swim and fish. Views are amazing, and the store right across the street has everything you might need during the stay. Goran is great in communication.

The stay was great, everything was exactly as posted. The view from the living room is the golf course, and the bedroom overlooks the lake. Both views were great. Dillon was very responsive, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow, including parking, WiFi etc. Most importantly, we were able to bring our dog with us. It was a huge relief to find a nice spot where we could be with our pet. The water took a bit to get used to, but there is a cooler for spring water, so really, that was fine.

Jeff’s rental was perfect. Comfortable, very clean, fully-equipped, the type of rental you WANT to spend time in. Accessing the building was super easy and the instructions provided were easy to follow. I would absolutely rent here again - no questions. Thanks for the great stay!

Great location if you want to stay and ski! You can see the lifts from the kitchen table which makes it a prime place for a little ski vacay. The condo is exactly like the photos and Melanie is a great host. A couple things to note; if you are sensitive to light bring a sleep mask especially if you are using the pull out couch. Also it is the lower unit so it can be noisy depending on if there are neighbours above, so ear plugs or a white noise machine might help.
