The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

By the beach and in the heart of Ericeira village, a beautiful house that fits until 6 adult people distributed in one room with two individual beds (or with a double bed for a couple) and with one Living Room with a Sofa bed for a couple, there is also available a basement of 55 m2 with window that have two individual beds and another living room.
