Wake to stunning mountain views from bed at Gentle Presence Cottages! This Cottage offers self-catering for 6 and has been lovingly decorated using a mixture of antiques and modern furnishings to make guests feel right at home. Built in the 1900’s as stables, this Cottage is one of the oldest buildings in Clarens and it's thought that farmers would arrive by ox-wagon before sharing Nagmaal (Holy Communion). There are 2 Cottages on the premises, set apart and with own entrances for privacy.

This Luxury, fully equipped, self catering cottage sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms, each with their own entrance. Close to the village centre but far enough away to experience the tranquility of its mountain hideaway. Luxury percale linen and soft towels are provided. Heating is in each bedroom for winter nights. The open plan living area has everything you need for a home away from home holiday. Tugela River Lodge is a pet friendly, self-catering Eco-Lodge, located on a private cattle and game farm on the banks of the Tugela River, near Winterton, KZN, South Africa.
