It's a very quaint house. It's on the fourth floor and there's no lift, which could be an issue for some. The house was very affordable for F1 week, it was clean and well maintained. Shahin and his mom were very helpful, proactive communication. The location is very great, there's metro and bus stops very close. There are grocery shops and restaurants close by too.

The apartment is located in the center of the city only minutes walk to its beautiful shoreline. Apartment itself has everything we needed for the stay. Very roomy and the lighting and heating of the apartment work like a charm. We enjoyed the kitchen very much because all the layouts make sense. The host is very friendly and proactive. Every time we needed something, he was always there to help. Very responsive and willing to take good care of us. We had a very enjoyable experience there. We will definitely come back again. Absolutely five stars!

At tge first here , smooth checking. Apartment was full equipped with everything I need as person coke in home. the location of the apartment btween tge way to white city, Nizami street, Bakek Street. few meters from Bazar. so many resturants and cafes just walking distance. Recommend the place for all viators.

I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay at Parvin’s place. Everything was pristine clean, the unit is very spacious and modern. Parvin was quick with his responses and he’s always willing to answer your questions. The unit is located closely to some of the beautiful places in Baku. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

This was a perfect stay. The Manager, Mr. Mohammad was so proactive and responsive. He took care of every small issues if guest faced during the stay. Overall, this is just few steps away from iconic Nizami Street

Our vacation in Mardakan was wondeful! The house was clean, large and very convenient. In the house there was everything required for the ideal rest. Outdoor facilities are exactly like at the pictures: good swiming pool (enough deep for adults), bbq area, swing. The owners of the house provided timely support and were kind and responsive. A few words about the location of the house. It takes approximately 40 minutes without trafic to take to the Baku center by car or by taxi, 6-10 minutes to the closest beaches by car or by taxi (the one I can advice - Mayak beach). Taxi can be easyily ordered straight from the house. Grocery store is 2-3 minutes walk. I can recommend this house from my side!

I had a great stay! The place is clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Sabina was very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything was fantastic! The apartment is absolutely wonderful – spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. It truly felt like home. The apartment was clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, truly feeling like a home away from home. One of the best parts? The included airport pickup service—what a lifesaver! Arriving at 2:00 AM. would have been stressful, but being greeted and driven straight to the apartment made everything so smooth and welcoming. Huge thanks to Clive and Hana for that! What made this stay special was our host—absolutely amazing! They were friendly, responsive, and so genuinely invested in making sure we had the best experience possible. This place sets the standard high. We would absolutely stay here again.
