Chris was an amazing host. He sent over a great list of recommendations and was very helpful throughout our stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and literally 30 seconds or less from the beach. It was very well equipped for a family with children and very comfortable. It is situated in a lovely area with restaurants, shops and anything you could possibly need nearby. There is free parking about 1-2 minutes away from the property. Personally I think it was such an amazing value for what you pay, especially being on the beachfront. We will defo be coming back!

The apartment was easy to find with Lisa's accurate instructions. Beautiful apartment with a view of the sea, and immaculately clean with secure gated parking too. Great location for walking along the seafront with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Lisa's communication was excellent throughout and she went out of her way to check everything was perfect for us. A lovely apartment for a relaxing weekend away. Highly recommended.

My second time of staying here and it was as lovely as the first time. Place is kept lovely and clean and the instructions from Lisa are brilliant. Lisa is very helpful and answers messages very quickly. I'll be back next year!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location as everything was walking distance. We’ll definitely be back again. The flat was cosy spacious and a great nights sleep. Vicky was so friendly and super responsive when we had a few questions about the flat. Thanks again.

This is our second time at Sally’s place and it won’t be our last. In the heart of Margate, with a clear view of the Turner gallery, it’s a great location. The flat is private, spacious and relaxing. Sally is the perfect host - very quick to respond. She also provides guests with lots of extra goodies like tea and coffee, milk, bread and butter, bubbles, shampoo and conditioner - not many places do that! Also Sally helped us out in a fix when a last minute care provider dropped out, putting a family day out in jeopardy, so the lovely Evelyn stepped in to help. That was so above and beyond and we are truly thankful! Thanks Sally (and sister), we will be back!

Lovely apartment in a brilliant location for exploring Margate. It had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable, Ashley was very communicative and helpful in the run-up to our booking. We weren’t able to get a parking spot on the street but the public car park which just over the road and reasonably priced. We had a brilliant time and will definitely be back!

We couldn’t have been happier with the place. Deborah was very helpful on our arrival day and the place was spotless, spacious and had the most comfortable bed of any air bnb we’ve stayed in. Would love to stay there again if she’d have us. We loved Deal.

We enjoyed our stay at Sally’s flat. The flat is beautiful and spacious, it has everything one might need and it’s very quiet there at night. The sea views are simply stunning, the bed is very comfy. It would’ve been a perfect stay if not for the 2 downsides. 1) WIFI was extremely slow, impossible to work. As I understand, there was an issue on the provider’s side which was rather unfortunate because we were working remotely. 2) The boiler in the shower can be tricky. it takes long to get warm water and it becomes cold quite soon.

We had a lovely stay at Alana’s place it was well equipped everything you needed and more. Clean and very homely feel to the place Would recommend Alana herself was very friendly and quick to respond not that we had any problems. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely cute place 😊

We were a family party of 7 who meet up the same time each year. This accommodation was just perfect - literally had anything you need. We were lucky with the weather and managed to have 2 BBQ in the lovely garden. Would definitely stay here again

The house was perfect and had a great location for restaurants, shopping and public transport!

We had a lovely week in Broadstairs, the house was spacious, very clean and well equipped. It suited the whole family, from grandparents to teenagers. Nice and easy to walk into Broadstairs, with a beautiful beach, and good selection of shops and restaurants.

My family and I had a great stay at Martin’s house. Martin’s neighbour let us in and was very welcoming. And it was absolutely spotless, with had thoughtful touches like extra towels for the hot-tub and milk in the fridge. We enjoyed going to the nearby Roman ruins, the beach and wildlife park. The house is not baby-proof, so you’ll have to spend some time moving delicate items if you have small children.

Loved the house and location -very well equipped and very comfortable & spacious . Especially loved the balcony overlooking the sea-great for the sunset. Instructions for the oven & hob would have been helpful ! We had a lovely weekend, felt very at home .

What a wonderful, inviting, homely yet funky home. We celebrated a birthday with a group of friends and it was perfect. Every room was beautifully laid out, the cinema room was brilliant, the kitchen was equipped and the bar was brilliant. Monique and Sally were fantastic, giving us a brilliant recommendation of the coastguard arms which we walked to along gorgeous coastline. Deal town was buzzy with a market on, on the Saturday which we walked through. It was everything I hoped for and more when I booked!

Excellent home for a weekend away, we loved it. Deanna was extremely helpful - loads of useful recommendations and clear instructions. House is spacious, beds v comfortable and the outdoor area at back was perfect for breakfast in the sunshine. Highly recommended!

We had a short 4 night break at Walpole Heights to get away from London and switch off from work. The apartment was immaculately presented and a great spot to access the beach and local area. Free on-street parking right outside the apartment for the two cars was also useful. The apartment is spacious and tasefully decorated. We (including the dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. At night it is very quiet. On arrival we went across the road to the Walpole Bay Hotel and sat on the terrace for afternoon tea. A perfect location!

We've just had a lovely few days at Rebecca's caravan - and what a well -kept & homely place it is too. It really has everything you could need. My daughter was pleased to see the toybox and books available. While I loved the decking in the sun! Rebecca made checking in very easy and the hamper of treats was such a nice touch. We like how easy this park is to get to by train. The holiday park is peaceful this time of year, has a nice playground/outdoor space to eat and is right on the beachfront, we'd ideally go back nearer summer when the outdoor pool is open and there's a bit more entertainment on. We enjoyed some day trips to nearby Whitstable & Herne bay too. Thanks so much Rebecca! x

Sue was super responsive and very friendly. Great local recommendations and lots of clear instructions. The apartment is really lovely with convenient car park a few yards away and immediately oppose pier - Very nice eatery at the end of the pier. Sue provided lots of lovely extras, snacks, toiletries milk, lemons and even a bag of ice! All very lovely and much appreciated. Unfortunately a lot of late night noisy revellers well into the wee hours on Saturday night / Master bedroom was quiet but 2nd bedroom took the brunt of street noise. Windows had to be closed and the apartment is very warm after a couple of lovely sunny days! Will take ear plugs next time:-).

This is the second time I have stayed in Richard’s apartment (see my review exactly a year ago). That should say everything. I found it again very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is centrally located to historical Canterbury. On both occasions I stayed over the weekend and the weather was fine. I note the mention of the beer garden over the way. Richard’s description of this is accurate. The building containing the apartment is on a quiet small street, with no vehicles passing. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment as an ideal place to stay in Canterbury.

Amazing location right on the beach with easy and right outside the apartment street parking. Fit 5 adults and 2 dogs perfectly (however no outside space for dogs to go toilet, have to take them over the field but again right outside the apartment so easy) Lovely apartment with all essential amenities, I would stay here again. What a fabulous apartment in the perfect location, had everything we needed and the best welcome pack EVER! The balcony is bright and sunny, the beds are enormous and super comfy, we loved everything and hope to be back one day, thank you Janey!

Great place to stay. Clean, excellent shower, comfy bed and sofa, everything you need for a short stay. Also well located between the sea and the old town with interesting shops and great restaurants and bars. Easy to get in, Jiten gave us very clear instructions. Thank you, Jiten.

Karen was very responsive and helpful. we loved the place and we felt very at ease. There is not a lot to do around, but it is a great place to relax.
