Situated just two blocks from the Monon Trail offering walking and biking access to more restaurants and shopping on Indy's famous Mass Avenue!

Enjoy a stylish experience at my centrally-located Upper Room Carriage House. Just 5 miles north of downtown, and minutes away from Butler University, in the Historic Meridian Kessler Neighborhood. A king size bed and a full kitchen for all your comforts of home while traveling. The open floor plan with skylights will give you the illusion that you are sleeping in a tree house. Come and sleep in my Upper Room for an experience of the country while staying in the city!

Can sleep up to 4 guests. Also, I live in the adjoining townhouse. Please note, Airbnb has shifted pricing structures so all service fees are included in the nightly price. In terms of what I earn, my nightly price has only increased $15 over 6 years.

Mass Ave is full of restaurants, bars, shops, and the newly renovated Bottleworks District! This home has been completely renovated for that luxury feel.

Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and pharmacy; Broad Ripple village with galleries and many restaurants 5 minutes away, and only a 15 minute drive to downtown Indianapolis. Private, secluded studio is detached from the main house in front, and has a full bath & kitchenette.

This is a wonderful, super comfortable, fully private space! Very modern, artsy and fun! In a fabulous historic home built in 1895. You will love it here! Check out all of the pictures - I try to show you all the details. There is ample parking right in front of the house on the street. Pets are allowed - for a $40 per stay fee.
