The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. Originally the first floor of a 1900 home for railroad workers in Marion, it is now a refurbished 2 bedroom apartment we call the Irish hill. A completely separate 1 bedroom apartment (also on Airbnb) is the top half of the house, and we call that the Uptown B! Check it out on our host profile.
