We loved the idea of converting an old motel into a more comfortable and spacious place right across from the beach. The bed was comfortable, "living" room space with table, microwave and fridge were just what we needed, and folks we met were very friendly. We'd stay here again!

Perfect fit for us. Beach & Park across the street. Walked to town for dinner @ Hamlin Restaurant, only place to eat on Sunday evening, exceptional food. Early in May 2025 cool winds but a sunny 2 days. Got a super picture of the sunset across the street from our room. Chairs outside our room, benches & picnic tables to enjoy the outdoors, friendly people walking & look @ the stars on a clear night.

This place was very nice. Right across from the beach and walkable to downtown. It was very clean. So nice that they brought back an old motel into a nice place to stay. The bed was very comfortable and it was perfect for our one night stay. Would recommend.

This rooms location is absolutely perfect- directly across the street from the beach and a short stroll from downtown. Plus Ben was very responsive and helpful when I needed to extend my stay. Will def recommend and come back!

This was a solo trip for me, so I was looking for something close to the beach (which is right across the street) as well as being in walking/biking distances to downtown. The room had all the basic amenities that I needed. The room was perfect - not too big or too small. It gave me the beach vibe and after a long day of being out when I walked into the room it was always so bright, vibrant, and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom even though it is small - the shower was nice. I would definitely stay here again and maybe stay in a bigger unit.

This was the perfect place to stay while passing thru! Had a minor issue checking in (door code didn't initially work), but was quickly fixed by management. After I contacted them they were there in 5 mins and solved the issue! We were VERY comfortable and were able to rest/relax for the next day's activities. We would DEFINITELY, without doubt, stay here again. Very cute, clean, centrally located to restaurants and SUPER CLOSE to the beautiful Ludington Beach (as described)! Thank you, Ben, for letting us stay here!

Nice place to stay in downtown Ludington. Really easy to find from the State Park/Lighthouse area and very walkable to downtown shops and restaurants.

The girlfriend and I planned this trip last minute and glad we chose Bens place at Ludington Beach. It was perfect for just us 2 and located walking distance to the beautiful beach. Great local restaurants all around and scenic state park 10 minutes north. We will definitely be back to this peaceful paradise.

The location was great and easy to walk to beach and town. The condo is on the park side so you hear the grass cutting and lawn maintenance at 7 am. The subfloor is not even in some spots so you need to watch your step walking in the halls and bathroom. The setup of the condo has a very nice layout. There were many amenities provided. The pool and hot tub were great for the kids. Would definitely recommend! Melissa was great if you needed anything!
