This Airbnb is very cozy, spectacularly clean and decorated so nicely! The beds are super comfortable, the shower pressure is perfect and the owners have put a lot of thought and care into this home. I will say, as others have noted that the house is on a corner at a stoplight where there is quite a bit of traffic so road noise is noticeable but not bothersome. There is a sound machine available if that bothers you. We used this Airbnb as a cozy spot for a visit to ISU, and it was convenient to everything. 10/10, great hosts and cozy Airbnb!

Kyle was very communicative and a provided a great place, for an extended stay. I will definitely be looking for availability the next time I’m in the area!

We love the Jefferson Gem! This is our second stay there, and we will definitely return. Accommodations are lovely, well furnished, clean, just as described. We were able to cook a nice family meal, have pizza delivered, drink coffee on the back porch, play family games, watch a movie, celebrate a birthday. It's a great central location, easy to get to downtown, shopping, restaurants, and our daughter's residence. Neighborhood is quiet, good place to walk, take the dog out for a stroll, look at home architecture. Amanda is a great host, very friendly, responsive, easy to work with. Upstairs apartment resident was polite and friendly as well.

This was a good place to stay! The hosts were responsive and accommodating to our needs. The place was well kept when we arrived and had all the basic necessities.

Great place to stay in Bloomington/Normal. Walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. My guests and I loved this place. The bedrooms were spread out. Beds were comfy. The unit was practically brand new. We enjoyed the record player. Enjoyable place with good value. Will stay again. Thanks!

House was better looking than the pictures! It was perfect for a family with kids. The backyard was a perfect place for the kids to enjoy outside time. House was roomy and had everything we needed for a short stay to visit colleges in the area and visit with grandparents from out of town.

Stayed in two of their properties! Can say enough nice things about Marie!! ❤️ Wonderful human being ❤️. Fun properties!

This house is such a cute find. Old homes have tons of character and charm and this one definitely fits that bill. It’s in a great location to restaurants and cute shopping downtown. Carly was very accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we’re in the area!

Great location, just minutes from the IWU campus, or I could say inside the IWU campus, which made it super convenient for my family visit. The host was incredibly responsive and went out of their way to adapt and make sure we had everything we needed during my stay. I really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing house, calm area and still close to everything! We walked to uptown Normal for coffee, shopping, and enjoyed the campus area but it's also easy to access the house by car. The house is really great with lots of space for hanging out as well as getting some alone time if needed. There's outdoor space to enjoy meals and the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and has all appliances needed including a coffee machine, a coffee grinder and an espresso machine. If you're a tea drinker there's a kettle too! Our host Liz was very accommodating and helpful, giving us recommendations based on our interests! She helped us explore not only Bloomington/Normal, but Springfield as well as Chicago! We truly felt at home and would love to come back!
