위치는 아주 좋습니다. 일찍 도착 했는데 미리 체크인을 해주었고 매니져인 마리오가 직접와서 자세한 얀내와 체크인을 도와 주었습니다. 추가 타올과 담요도 요청했는데 마리오는 웃으면서 바로 응대해 주었습니다. 다시한번 마리오께 감사 드립니다. 차오~~

Logement spacieux et lumineux, équipement récent, literie impeccable, tout confort. Internet passe très bien. Nous avons pu visiter l Est sicilien des Îles éoliennes jusqu’à Syracuse sur une semaine avec une voiture. Domenico est très disponible et arrangeant, il parle très bien le français (en autres).

Lucia was very responsive as a host and very friendly. The apartment was clean and in a great location to walk the town along the beach.

L'alloggio, pulito e ordinato, corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto. Due belle verande che rendono piacevole restare a casa. Dispone di un comodo parcheggio. A pochi passi dal corso principale e da Marina Corta. Poco più distante il terminal di aliscafi e navi. Ottimo per due ma va bene anche per altri due, utilizzando il divano letto del soggiorno. Non ho conosciuto Walter di persona perché non è stato necessario, ma si è sempre dimostrato disponibile.

La struttura di Filippo è stata da subito accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ben oltre le aspettative visto il costo. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione qualsiasi cosa si potesse chiedere da una casa al mare. Posizione estremamente comoda, vicinissima al mare e alla stazione ferroviaria di Scilla. Filippo è una persona che ti fa sentire a tuo agio, pronto a dare consigli sul territorio e tanto altro. Consigliato per una vacanza di relax sulla Costa Viola.

It was perfect, authentic italian household, very comfortable and greatly located. Antonio has been very helpful and nice. We would come back to this place, it is worth it. Thanks for everything.

Super Apartment für dieses Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Sehr sauber und alles da, was man benötigt. Uns hat am meisten das Frühstück auf der Terrasse gefallen. ☕️🥐 Ohne Auto kommt man allerdings schlecht ins Zentrum.

Agréable séjour qui nous a permis de découvrir le sud de la Calabre. Andréa est réactif en cas de besoin et nous a donné des informations touristiques sur la région. Un grand merci pour les produitsocaux offerts : huile, œufs, miel et fruits...

My wife, 13 year old daughter and I stayed at this house for 10 days in April 2025. The house was very clean and it was appreciated that there are amenities such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, water, etc. in the house on our arrival. The beds are noted as two singles and two doubles but we felt that the bed sizes were larger. The third floor appears to have a king bed and the 2nd floor has a queen bed. Also, it is clear that the owner spent money on nice mattresses as the beds were very comfortable and hotel quality. We were very pleased with the hot water in the house. We never ran out of hot water in the shower and the water was very hot. Also, we used the washing machine and this worked well for us. The instructions and information provided by the owner were detailed and thorough. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations. We did not use the air conditioner or the heater but there are five in the house. The house was clean and we would stay here again. Thank you!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dem Haus. Wenn der Ätna frei ist, ist der Blick von der Terrasse atemberaubend. Es hat auch Spaß gemacht, die Hühner zu füttern (dafür gab es täglich ein Ei ). Die Katzen leben draußen und kommen nicht ins Haus- das fanden wir sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist auch im frühen Frühjahr gut bewohnbar, da es gut beheizbar ist. Der Kontakt zu Tina und ihrem Mann war super- sehr freundlich und immer eine schnelle Antwort. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Alberto is a terrific host! He provided detailed information with pictures which helped us locate parking and the apartment. Plus, he provided booklets on Milazzo’s history and things to see and do while visiting. Very helpful! Alberto met us upon arrival to walk us through the apartment. He made us feel so comfortable and was such a delight to speak with. The apartment was perfect. The location is a 10 minute walk to the castle, 10 minute walk to ferry, 5 minute walk to the grocery store, an excellent bakery and fruit market. The view from the front room window is amazing as you watch the sunrise and harbor boat traffic. We could have stayed longer and been very happy. You will not be disappointed. Alberto and his wife provide a wonderful apartment filled with amenities and special touches that make it feel like home. Highly recommend!

Die Bilder sind schön, kommen aber nicht an die Realität dieses wunderschönen Ortes heran! Alles sehr hochwertig und beeindruckendes Anwesen. Traumhaft ruhige Lage. Mit Auto kein Problem zu erreichen. Davide ist ein Schatz, der uns am Jahrestag mit einer Flasche Prosecco überrascht hat! Er hatte tolle Tipps und hat sofort geantwortet. Die Villa ist in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert und die Pool-Area ist wunderschön! Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit! Danke!!

Wir hatten einen schöne, kurzen Aufenthalt in der EcoLodge. Das Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und Cinzia ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.

This is a wonderful and unique place to stay for anyone who appreciates architecture. A real gem of Giarre. The house has a large courtyard with a separate swimming pool and relaxation area. We were very, very satisfied with the place and I would heartily recommend it to others. The host Francesco is extremely helpful and shared a lot of great advice. Thank you!!! Stayed here in this quaint little seaside village off the beaten track only for 3 nights and wish we had more time. I don’t quite get what that negative review was about because this house split between 2 floors was so perfectly styled & furnished with everything you need. Definitely not your typical Sicilian holiday home. So much space in both apartments with an incredible rooftop overlooking MtEtna - & weren’t we lucky this time to see it alive. Amazing pool with lushes green gardens. Kids loved it! Great local restaurants & bars right along the water. It was about a 30min drive to Taormina but I tell you we all much preferred hanging out in this village going for an evening walk along the sea. Great experience. Real Sicily. Recommend. Highlights: - wunderschöne, sehr saubere, grosse Wohnung - 2 Zimmer mit 2 Badzimmer - toll ausgestattete Küche - grosser Balkon - schöne Dekoration, man fühlte sich direkt wie "zu Hause" - Klimaanlagen vorhanden - ca. 1.5 km zu Fuss vom Zentrum entfernt - einfaches, selbständiges Check-in / Check-out - rasche Rückmeldung durch Domenico, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Wir würden immer wieder die Wohnung von Domenico buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger negativer Punkt: - kein Privatparkplatz. Es gibt zwar viele Parkmöglichkeiten, jedoch war es am Mittag und gegen 18.00 Uhr jeweils schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden.

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione molto comoda, quasi adiacente al lago. Bar, supermercati e ristoranti, si trovano a poca distanza dalla struttura e facilmente raggiungibili. Il sig. Luigi è una persona molto disponibile. Appartamento comodo, pulito e ben attrezzato. Si consiglia il soggiorno.

Vi var meget tilfredse med både bolig og værtens tilgængelighed, hjælpsomhed og venlighed. Alt fungerede i lejligheden og den var ren og pæn ved ankomsten.

Vi valde att grilla mer kvällar än vi trodde. Mycket fridfullt o mysigt att komma hem till efter upptäckande av en händelserik stad. Mycket köksutrustning och serviser, bra grill, bekvämt med garage och snabbt kunna åka iväg utan att behöva köra igenom Taormina. Fin omgivning att gå runt i runt lägenheten, samt små detaljer i lägenheten som tallrikar och klassiska sicilianska huvuden gav en extra touch. Giovanni svarade alltid snabbt och säkerställde att allt gick bra. Vi kommer åka tillbaka till Sicilien, och om boendet fortfarande är prisvärt återkommer vi till detta semesterhem.

Très bel appartement confortable et agréable, calme belle vue comme prévu, grandes pièces , proximité du port pour les excursions sur les îles éoliennes, pas trop loin du centre historique et des plages , au top!

Bellissima casa, pulita e ordinata. Self check-in e self checkout molto molto comodi, noi siamo arrivati di notte e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. Zona molto tranquilla.

Really spacious and quiet beautiful villa, which is very well equipped, and Paola is lovely and very responsive and helpful. The villa is on a very busy road but we always managed to get a parking spot nearby, you do not really hear the road in the villa as it is behind a large wall and also down steps so lower than the road. The beach was a little disappointing as it was very strewn with litter and plastic bottles etc, I am surprised that all the villa's do not collectively clean the beach as it would be so much nicer for them. Great to have a nice supermarket just across the road, you need a car as not many good restaurants nearby, Sushifa Asian Restaurant was lovely food and lovely staff and great value for money. We enjoyed our stay at the villa.
