The place is perfect for a getaway vacation, It feels like you are at home with all the amenities and facilities the host provides us. Kitchen has everything you need for a longer stay. Private pool access is awesome. The host offered to rent the bike which was in good condition and was very convenient to travel across Bohol I enjoyed my stay, the host is really friendly and responsive with all the queries.

The place was clean and cozy and we felt right at home. Everything that we needed was there: hot water, utensils, towels, etc. The bathroom was spacious enough and the wifi is also good. The host was super responsive and friendly. A great palce to stay in when you're in Davao. ❤️

very nice place, very comfortable bed, high floor unit. tv is massive. but the internet struggled sometimes to keep up with the 4k streaming for the TV. we also had to leave early because of VERY loud construction in the unit above. I work on American time and sleep during the day here so it wasn't an option for us to stay. still giving 5 stars because this isn't really their fault also theres 3 hosts and their average response time according to Airbnb is 3 hours. very slow to respond.

I felt right at home Quiet,just what I needed, however you need your own transport,cause the venue is totally out of the way for most, if not all pedicabs.

Almost all of the areas are clean and the host is responsive and nice to us. All things we need in the house are provided and the house is spacious. Thank you so much to the host and i recommend the place!

I had a very pleasant stay on this listing. The host was amazing. the check in wasn't smooth but our host was very quick to respond. she was very proactive and even offered us compensation for the slight hiccup. will definitely be back!

Juvy and her husband were quintessential hosts for our group of Americans and Filipinas from the mining industry. Our fully stocked beach house greeted us with freshly laid eggs and homemade bread from their farm to table homestead. The remote oceanfront location was pure paradise for quiet solitude yet close to town for easy access to groceries and restaurants. We enjoyed ongoing communication with Juvy, who accommodated our every need. She offered personal tours and made recommendations for local sightseeing and eateries. An amazing experience even for well-traveled adventurers. Five + stars!

Our month-long experience at Eve's Magallanes Residence was truly exceptional! This condominium offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and fantastic amenities in a prime Davao City location. The location on Bolton Street, just a stone's throw from San Pedro Cathedral, is unbeatable. It provides easy access to explore all that Davao has to offer – from local eats to cultural sites. Getting around was a breeze! The two-bedroom unit was a haven for our group of four. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate everyone, with cozy bedrooms for restful nights. The expansive living room, complete with a comfy sofa and TV, became our favorite spot to relax after a day of exploring. We also appreciated the dining table for shared meals. The well-equipped kitchen was a great asset for our longer stay, allowing us the flexibility of preparing our own meals. The balcony offered a lovely spot to enjoy the city views, and the unit was always clean and well-maintained. Eve was great

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo was perfect for our needs. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable beds & pillows, the fast wifi so I was able to work, the pool, its convenience for GRAB deliveries, the great security around the premises. The condo was clean and well-maintained, and the location in Davao City was excellent. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. Much appreciated the nice, soft duvet/ doona/blankets in each room. Leonisa was helpful from the inquiry to check-out. She even accommodated our late checkout request. Highly recommended!

In my entire condo-renting experience, this is by far the best accomodation I've ever had. The place is way beyond your expectation. Stayed for 2 nights for work/staycation. Also great for longer stays since everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. Check-in was smooth. Building staffs were very friendly and accommodating. The unit is very spacious. Nathan & Liz were quick to respond. Would love to come back especially when 32nd flr opens.
