Wonderful place to stay, the room was spotless and well appointed, exactly as pictured. We came to the area to ride the outlaw trails and check out Dingess tunnel, the location was perfect for both. Our hostess was responsive and extremely helpful!

Perfect location for trail riding, access directly across the street. We did rent both sides and it was perfect for our group. Parking can be a little tight but we did have 3 trucks with trailers and it was fine. Beds were all comfortable and the layout was great. The only issue we had was some type of electrical issue where we lost all power in the bathroom, luckily we did have some high powered flashlights so the bathroom and shower could still be used. We also had the 2nd attached unit so we still did have 1 fully functioning bathroom. We did contact the host and they asked if it was ok to be repaired after we left as we were only there 3 nights and it happened on our 2nd day so we were halfway through the stay. We agreed, I am sure if we would’ve said no something would’ve been done as the hosts were always responsive and the rental unit was cared for. We would definitely stay here again if staying on this side of the trail system.

Had a very nice stay,Host and spouse took us for a Tour of local tails on arrival,that was very helpfull rest of the visitThe only disappointment is that HMT are not close to rental.

Shawnda was a great, very responsive host. The location was absolutely perfect for accessing 3 different trail systems within Hatfield-McCoy. Plenty of available parking for trucks/ trailers. It suited our needs extremely well for accommodating a large group of people.

Rachel was very helpful from the very beginning, when I fat fingered the wrong date for departure. She reached out to verify dates, and I caught the mistake when she reached out. Perfect house for a quick get away. Gazebo over the river was perfect for our amazing burgers from across the street. Highly recommend.

Huckleberry house was very clean and neat. The beds were comfortable, Corinne was very responsive to my messages and even accommodated a parking issue for me.

Our sibling getaway was great. Home was as described and very clean. Location was perfect for what we had in mind which was day trips We checked out Hatfield McCoy history one day . Loretta Lynn on another day and just enjoyed driving the mountains and valleys. This place would be perfect for a group with several buggies to ride in. Extreme parking and many trails near by. Only if we were 20 to 30 years younger lol. All in all this place was just what we needed. Thank you. Eddie Sanders. Cub Run, KY

We had a short stay and the place was great. We were surprised by how spacious the place was a photos don’t quite do it justice. There’s a outdoor space we didn’t get to use as the rain came in but overall cute house, cute theme, nice lighted patio space and deck with ample seating and a creek that runs behind the house. Quick trip down the road to the camp groups our friends were staying at and easy ride to the trails.

We traveled to Matewan with a large group to ride the HM trails. Kathy's home had plenty of sleeping space & bathrooms for our large group. The outdoor areas offered nice places for everyone to hang out & relax in the evenings. We also appreciated the covered area for our machines at night. Downtown and the Devils Anse trailhead are a short ride away (5 min max) so this makes for a great central location for riding the three trails in this area. We had four trucks & four trailers and were able to park everything without problems in the extra space provided.
