We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angie's property. It was an extremely comfortable place to stay: from the bed (excellent), living area, kitchen, and outside porch. It just had a good feel. Because of this we spent more time there than we usually do at an AirBnb, more time drinking coffee, reading, walking in the nearby park, and resting. The location was excellent, situated with easy access to our activities in Mesquite and easy to travel to Southern Utah for hiking. Angie was very responsive to our questions and proactive for getting settled and leaving the property. And extremely friendly. Highly recommended!

Spent a great weekend right on the river. The entire place was clean with a comfy bed and the kitchen had everything we needed.

This is a great little condo! It was easy to find, close to the casinos, and literally less than a 5 minute walk to a dog friendly park! The check in was easy, the condo was clean, and the bed was super comfy! I’ll definitely be booking here again in the future!

I had a really great stay here for my work trip.

This is our second stay in five years at Douglas' house. It is so clean, warm and inviting when you enter. The guides for the home are well posted and the user manual is concise and breaks down each room. We are so amazed that a house could be so clean and fresh!. Nice updates to the exterior and such a quiet location! We have stayed at other homes in the area but always try to secure Douglas' location because the rest are just second for our needs. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful time. House was beautiful with a fantastic layout. The backyard/pool was fantastic and we spent many hours outside. The kitchen has nice appliances and cookware. The entire house was clean and well kept. Location was a bit further from the center of town, but we loved the quiet. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend.

My daughter and I had a really nice visit here in Havasu. Ruben was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We didn’t get to use the pool, it wasn’t quite warm enough yet, but it was massive and would be great when the temperature is 100’! All in all the home worked out very well. We took advantage of some of Ruben’s recommendations of places to go and we had some amazing food and drinks! Thanks Ruben!

It was a pleasure to stay at John's house. We rented it for a whole month while we moved to Kingman. It was a big help to have a home base while looking for a home, and getting it ready for move in. Much better than staying in a hotel. Also our dogs loved it there and the owners have 2 dog doors in the house! It was just my husband and I, but I would highly reccomended this house for a large family or group, plenty of room.

Very clean, quiet neighborhood, had all the utensils you need to cook with, two living rooms which is nice when you have kids and she was so nice and informative. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Laura and Kenny were very friendly and caring people. They made sure you had everything you needed. It was a great location for our stay.

Todd’s place felt like home. Easy to find, with restaurants and grocery store nearby. It was the perfect ABB for us to use. We will definitely be booking Todd’s place the next time I need to be in Lake Havasu.

Lynn and Michelle are wonderful hosts! They are very responsive to any needs. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is the perfect location in Lake Havasu City. Many restaurants, the beach, Rotary Park, The Aquatic Center, downtown, the London Bridge area, shopping… all within walking distance. My buddy and rented this condo for a weekend full of golf. This place was awesome. From the host's communication, the price and the views. We actually didn't want to leave. It spacious and the 2 suites are a bonus if you have two families renting it. We loved it

We love staying at The Springs and taking advantage of the pristine pool & hot tub in this little community! Erin's place was comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

This was our second stay at this place. As the first time, it didn’t disappoint us. Place was clean, well stocked, and cozy. Us staying there, again, is a proof in itself that the place is great, in a great location. It is only a one bedroom with a fold out sofa, so best for a couple or 3 people. It’s next to Rotary Park and the walkway along the lake shore all the way to the north end of the channel. Highly recommend this place.

How was very close to town. The home was clean and had all the amenities that we needed for our short stay ! Would definitely return
