Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. RA Kuća moderna je, drvena kuća smještena na proplanku okružena šumama. Posjed se nalazi izvan naseljenog područja, 0,5 km od glavne prometnice koja vodi u nacionalni park Plitvice Lakes. Kuća je sagrađena u ljeto/jesen 2022. Okruženje RA HOUSE prepuno je prirodnih ljepota, izletišta, zanimljivih destinacija za odmor i zabavu.
