We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

La casa di Beatrice è molto ospitale e dotata di tutti i comfort. Vicinissima al piccolo centro di Albinia, alcune attività essenziali sono comodamente raggiungibili a piedi. Posizionata strategicamente, in circa 15 minuti si può raggiungere Orbetello o Porto Santo Stefano. Avendo visitato in Inverno non abbiamo approfittato delle spiagge, che risultano essere molto vicine. La casa non è dotata di riscaldamento centralizzato ma una pompa di calore consente di riscaldare agevolmente l'appartamento. La casa di Beatrice è perfetta come base per visitare le bellissime località della zona in tutte le stagioni!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile in questa splendida tenuta a due passi dalle Terme di Saturnia. La location è semplicemente perfetta: immersa nella natura, con una vista mozzafiato che lascia senza parole. Gli appartamenti sono curati in ogni minimo dettaglio, con un design elegante e raffinato, e una pulizia impeccabile che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. L’host è stato impeccabile: disponibile, accogliente e attento a ogni nostra esigenza, contribuendo a rendere la nostra esperienza ancora più speciale. Un’oasi di pace e bellezza che consigliamo a chiunque voglia staccare la spina e godersi la magia della Maremma. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Se si potevano mettere 6 stelle le avremmo messe !

Appartamento ideale per una coppia, pulito e fornito del necessario per passare una bella vacanza! Dotato di un piccolo balcone con un affaccio molto bello sulla pineta. Situato in una zona tranquilla, ma ricca di servizi come ristoranti, bar e supermercati raggiungibili a piedi. Gli host sono molto disponibili e reattivi. Ci piacerebbe sicuramente tornare in futuro!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

Joli studio dans un beau domaine viticole, idéalement situé pour visiter Florence. La literie est bonne et la salle de bain rénovée est agréable. Le seul inconvénient est l'emplacement du studio avec vis à vis direct sur toutes les voies de passage du domaine (fenêtre de la chambre directement sur la terrasse du restaurant).

Carlotta è stata sempre disponibile per ogni piccolezza, l’alloggio è comodissimo a 3 passi dal mare e a tutte le comodità.

L' appartamento di Ivana è molto spazioso, in una posizione centrale sia in paese come nella zona. L' appartamento a piano terra è caratterizzato da ampi spazi molto adatti per famiglie con bambini, la casa è dotata di tanti confort e sicuramente il doppio bagno è un valore aggiunto! La signora Ivana è sempre stata pronta e disponibile in qualsiasi momento per consigli locali o per eventuali spiegazioni sull'appartamento. Massima disponibilità anche per il nostro check-in e check- out in quanto avevamo tempi stretti. Il paese di Fonteblanda dista 6/7minuti di macchina dalle belle spiaggie di sabbia della zona, come la spiaggia Osa, e 5 minuti di macchina dal mare con scogli come ad esempio la spiaggia Bengodi, meritano essere visitate, oltre al bellissimo paese di Talamone che si vede a spicco sul mare. Per la nostra famiglia è stata una bella vacanza veramente! ci torneremo sicuramente! Grazie mille anche alla signora Ivana!!

Una bella casa comoda, ampia e pulita. miranda e suo figlio sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. La vista sul mare splendida, area tranquilla in un ottima posizione.

Francesco & Samantha are the true meaning of Superhosts. They truly cared that we had a postive experience and thier communication was always prompt, courteous and caring. Our family stayed here for a 2 week vacation and we could not have been happier. The location is ideal. It is located in a small historic town which is close to larger cities, historic sights and multiple wineries. The property itself is beautiful and better than described. We loved adventuring during the day and coming home to this peaceful location before sundown. Sitting in the private garden, drinking local wine while watching the sun go down over the spectacular scenery was such a perfect ending to the day. We give this property our highest recomendation and look forward to returning very soon. Thank you Francesco and Samantha for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We spent a week at Diva's place and we absolutely loved it. The house is charming and it definitely gives you Tuscan vibes, it's clean and is well equipped. The powerful hot shower and strong wifi was great as well. More importantly, the location is quiet and very peaceful, the garden is stunning and the views are just breathtakingly beautiful. It is also a good location to explore the Val d'Orcia. Diva is the kindest and friendliest host ever and she and her husband were very helpful. We already miss staying at Diva's place and we hope we will be able to visit again in the near future. I can only recommend staying at Diva's place. It won't disappoint and will give you that true Tuscan vibe.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung von Serena und Giulio. Serena hat uns persönlich empfangen und war immer für uns erreichbar, wenn wir irgendwelche Fragen hatten und hat uns viele tolle Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Alles in allem konnten wir so unseren Aufenthalt im Toskanischen Frühling bei bestem Wetter genießen. Danke!!!

Très beau logement, plein de charme et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût dans le centre historique. L'accueil a été parfait, avec beaucoup de gentillesse, flexibilité et chaleur. Nous avons passé deux très bons jours et nos enfants ont adoré l'ambiance cabane et la balançoire suspendue. Attention juste de ne pas se cogner la tête dans la chambre-mezzanine tout en haut ;-) Merci encore pour tout !

It is a nice place to stay over. We could park in front of the building. A nice walk to town. Clean apartment. All good.

Elisabetta ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin: sehr hilfreich immer zu erreichen und gibt gerne Tipps für den Ort. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt, ein herzlicher Empfang. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und ist erstklassig ausgestattet. Wirklich alles da und in perfektem Zustand. Modern und vielseitig eingerichtet. Sowohl die "Ortsmitte" von Pescaia als auch der Strand waren schnell fussläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem ein ruhiges Wohnviertel mit ausreichend Parkplätzen rund um die Wohnung. Sogar eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos ist in der Nachbarschaft (AC und DC). Wir haben die kleine Terrasse genossen. Selbst für unseren Hund waren liebevoll Näpfe, Snackbeutel, ein Liegekissen und eine Wasserflasche extra für den Hund für Unterwegs vorbereitet. Grossartig. Sehr gerne wieder und wir können Elisabetta und die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per visitare l'Argentario. Appartamento molto curato in ogni dettaglio, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort, con patio e grazioso giardino privato sul retro. Sonia ci ha accolto di persona , è stata molto cordiale e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per vivere al meglio la zona. Davvero consigliato!

Alessandro and Laura’s place is very secure and comfortable. A stone’s throw from the station which made it very easy for me to get to and walk to catch an early train. I caught buses all over orbetello and argentario which was super easy. Alessandro was very thoughtful and helped me get to locations further afield with a local taxi driver. Alessandro was a charming and generous host providing old school hospitality that Airbnb started with. It was greatly appreciated by this constant traveller.

We had a great time staying at Barbara’s. The apartment is very spacious well equipped and located just 3 mins walking from the beach. Barbara was very nice and always available for questions. She advices us some good places to eat and checked almost daily if we needed anything. We had some bad luck with the weather and asked if we could have a late check out to enjoy the sun and beach on our last day. Barbara rearranged with the cleaning staff so we could enjoy the beach for some more hours. We are very grateful and happy to have stayed with her. Can only recommend!

La casa è molto vicina al centro del paese. Spaziosa con grande terrazza esterna. Utilissimo Il garage vista l’impossibilità di trovare un parcheggio. Alessia è stata precisa nelle informazioni e gentile.

Casa luminosa e accogliente esattamente come da fotografie e descrizione. Cucina funzionale e spazi ampi e ben disposti. Bagni puliti e moderni. Terrazza con vista mare e panorami fantastici ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, ne eravamo ipnotizzati! Contesto tranquillo e rilassante all'interno del consorzio Cala Moresca che conoscevamo già ma che ha saputo stupirci di nuovo per gli spazi comuni curatissimi e pulitissimi per la strepitosa piscina incastonata nelle rocce con annessa discesa al mare cristallino. Top! Per finire proprietaria deliziosa e molto disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Assolutamente da ripetere.

Laura e Alberto sono due persone estremamente gentili e sempre disponibili. Ci hanno accolto benissimo preparandoci pane e marmellata fatti in casa. Il giorno dopo l’arrivo hanno preparato una pasta tipica toscana che ci hanno gentilmente offerto. Sempre pronti a consigliare posti da visitare. Anche Amelie è stata una parte fondamentale del nostro soggiorno🐶 Consiglio a chi vuole rilassarsi e visitare una parte della Toscana.

We had an excellent stay at Chiara’s place. During a period with high temperatures the building“s location on an elevation added a nice, cooling brise especially at night. Chiara and her family were super friendly.

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar. Sehr großes Esszimmer und zwei Bäder. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles war sauber. Das Bett ist bequem und es gibt eine Klimaanlage. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Man braucht schon ein Auto um gut durch Grosseto zu kommen aber es lohnt sich! Der einzige Nachteil ist dass auf dem Nachbargrundstück ein ziemlich großer Hund wohnt. Die Nachbarn sind aber nette Leute und sind sehr Rücksichtsvoll gewesen. Auch für Familien mit Kindern ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen!!!
