Absolutely lovely place and central to so much. Definitely worth it!

Great place. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to take a family vacation to America's best little small town, Pacific Grove. Would absolutely stay there again.

Very nice, beautiful place. It is right on the same street as the stores and restaurants so you can walk to most places. However, as renters have said, parking during the day can be difficult, there is traffic noise and a store plays music across the street during the day. At night, just the occasional car. Plenty of space for us and good kitchen. They were able to let us check in a few hours early.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

It’s always a little nerve wracking traveling alone for work as a female, and looking for somewhere that feels safe as well as being ideally located and comfortable. This property knocked everything out of the park and is one of the nicest AirBnB’s I’ve stayed in. From walking through a lovely garden with Koi ponds and beautiful flowers, to the private, gated entrance to the side of the main house, to the actual space that was inviting and super well appointed; I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean, with beautiful white bed linens and towels, a fantastic kitchen and bathroom with modern washer and dryer, fridge freezer, stove - everything you’d need to make it really feel like a home from home. I wanted for nothing - even the little store at the top of the street was convenient and well stocked! Just a 5 minute drive to Safeway, a 10 minute drive to downtown Monterey, and a 15 minute drive to the Sea Otter bike festival, it was perfect!

Daniel's place is a super nice spot for a couple or two individuals that know each other well. Its in a very walkable area with plenty to walk to. The balcony is super nice to sit on and chill. Kitchen is fully stocked and good to go. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we had a great time. If its colder weather (it was high 50s to mid 60s) you will need to rug up inside.

Dan’s place was walkable to all the places we wanted to visit. Parking definitely a plus! Dan is such a great host and very accommodating. Had a wonderful stay.

We felt right at home at Sean’s place! It was super clean and inviting. Our kids loved the outdoor playset and spent every morning enjoying the backyard. My husband and I appreciated the spacious kitchen for meal prepping. I could really sense the thoughtfulness of the owners in all the unique and cozy details of the home. Perfect getaway place for a family, especially with young kids.

My husband and I met my son , his wife and our two grandchildren at Meli’s place. The house is lovely. It’s very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The views from the porch and great room were gorgeous. The grandchildren loved the playground right across the street. Meli’s book with things to do, restaurants , directions was so helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Monterey, Carmel and even Santa Cruz. Meli was very responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend staying at her spot!

This house was great for our family of four. We had plenty of space, the kitchen was well equipped, and the outside area gave the kids a nice place to play. Our toddler especially enjoyed the Thomas train set in his room! This is a lovely area of Santa Cruz too - easy walk to the beach and Boardwalk.

Overall we had a great time. You can’t beat the location, and it accommodated my husband, toddler and myself well. Description is accurate. We had a great time, two houses away from West Cliff, pretty amazing.

Lori's place was perfect for a large group of people to both enjoy each other's company in the large living/dining/deck areas, while having privacy for sleeping. It's two stories with lots of space inside and outside with a third story outside crow's nest deck as well. The hot tub was a bonus! The beach access was incredible and the best thing about the location. It's just a 2 min. walk away! The neighborhood is tranquil. Lori was easy and great to work with as well! What a special time!

We loved our time at Elaine’s place! It was spacious and clean and very cosy.

Clean, well-appointed, spacious home less than a block from the beautiful Twin Lakes Beach. You can see the beach from chairs on the front lawn. We were lucky enough to be there during the lighted boat parade (first Saturday in December), so we watched the lighted boats in the water from the front yard. Everything was easily accessible. The home includes many amenities (washer/dryer, cooking supplies, games, pack n play). The room with the bunk beds has a separate bathroom, making it really nice for families with older kids. Great stay and I hope we can return.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristina’s condo! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kristina was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this Airbnb – we’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

We had such a relaxing time! So close to the beach, loved being able to walk out the door and be at the ocean. We could hear the waves at night. Sunsets were beautiful. The condo was perfect for us, had everything we needed! Great place to stay!

We had an amazing stay at Ahnalisa’s beautiful home in Monterey! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The views were absolutely stunning — waking up to them every morning was a treat. It’s also in a perfect location: peaceful, yet just a short and easy walk to everything we wanted to explore. Ahnalisa was a wonderful host and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Monterey!

After a last minute cancellation by another property, we were lucky enough to find Blake and Lisa’s wonderful home. The whole space is beautifully renovated and the view is incredible. We actually changed some of our plans so we could spend more time staying in and watching everything going on at the beach. Getting to see dolphins from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom was a real treat. The walking path along the beach is just steps from the door, as well as several restaurants, a market, and a deli. Parking was right outside the door as well, and the neighborhood was quiet. We can’t wait to go back and spend more time there. Thank you, Lisa, for being so accommodating and helpful with our last minute booking. We really appreciate everything!

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

This is our second time at Sally's Seaside Condo. Wescrutinized different units and we came back to this one for several reasons - of course, Sally is great to work with, very responsive and helpful. The key amenity is the view - we love the sunset from this unit ... April through the summer from this unit. The view is indeed the killer feature. Everything All the rest is gravy - the unit is setup very comfortable for a weekend stay, walking to restaurants across the street, walking to the beach, hot tub, etc..
