Martin's place ideal for someone who want to take excursions in the forsets nearby Wien. The hause is big and clean, with nice garden. Good public transport.

Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Sie ist ruhig und der Blick in Garten und Wald überwältigend. Aber auch ein Ausflug nach Wien ist mir Bus oder 15 Minuten fahrt zu einem P+R (S Bahn Anbindung) gut zu machen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus sind zuvorkommend aber auch diskret.

A villa tényleg olyan, mint a képeken: hatalmas. Néha indokolatlan terekkel és méretekkel, de ennek megvan az oka, amit Boris, a házat kezelő fiatalember majd elmesél. Annak ellenére, hogy érződik egy-két helyen, hogy nem most épült a ház, összességében szuper volt benne minden. A medence hatalmas és tiszta, a szauna is rendben van. Van egy billiárd asztal is, ami távolról sem profi, de jól el tudtunk játszani vele. A konyha teljesen felszerelt, semmiben nem volt hiányunk. A házban hatalmas terek vannak, sok-sok lépcsővel, így erre fel kell készülni. Kert nincs, de valahogy nekünk nem is hiányzott, a fenti teraszt elég nagy volt ahhoz, hogy oda kiülve levegőzzünk. A ház a belvárostól kb. 20-25 percre van Bolt-al, ami nagyon gyors és relatív olcsó is (9-10 Euro), de mi egyszer lesétáltunk a 3-as jelzésű villamosig (15 perc) ami kb. 20 perc alatt bent is volt a belvárosban (jegyet a megállóban lévő automatából lehetett megvenni, 1,2 Euro). Összességében nagyon ajánlom a házat.

A delightful and stylish apartment in a fabulous and very central area of Vienna. The neighbourhood reminded us of Berlin Mitte with its many independent shops and restaurants. The duplex apartment is perfect for two couples, as there is plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the sunshine and the views from the two roof terraces. Thank you for hosting us.

Robert war sehr hilfsbereit und hat jedes Problem schnell und kompetent gelöst. Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Fotos beschrieben und ich kann sie daher mit gutem Gewissen für einen längeren Zeitraum weiterempfehlen.

The apartment is stylish, comfortable and in a fantastic location to see all the sights on foot. With lovely weather and a beautiful rooftop view we could not have been happier with our stay. Maria’s instructions and communication made everything easy even when we arrived very late. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment was very pleasant and cozy. There’s a large beautiful park nearby, and a tram is just a short walk away, which makes it easy to get to the city center. The apartment is also fully equipped, so we didn’t miss anything. The hosts are very helpful and respond quickly to messages. We definitely recommend this place.

Die Wohnung in dem Altbau hat mir sehr gefallen. Tolle Umgebung und eine sehr ruhige Lage. Man konnte die Wohnung mit der Bahn schnell erreichen und man hatte Ruhe dort nach dem Trubel der Wiener Innenstadt. Wolfgang stand immer schnell mit Rat und Tat zu Verfügung. Ich würde die Wohnung sofort wieder nehmen.

Martins places was absolutely wonderful. Everything was clean and very modern interior. He truly goes above and beyond with the amenities. He even has a fridge stocked with drinks and snacks available for additional purchase. He was very responsive and worked with us as we were arriving later in the night than expected. The rooftop terrace was very spacious and had a beautiful view. I would highly recommend staying at martins place! The price was very fair and I was able to book the same day for check in!

Unser Aufenthalt in Judiths Unterkunft war so, wie wir ihn uns gewünscht hatten (auch wenn es keinen TV gab- der aber auch nicht angekündigt war) Die Wohnung liegt so gut, dass man zwar nicht im Kern Wiens wohnt, aber diesen doch sehr schnell erreicht. Wir haben alles per ÖPNV oder zu Fuß gemacht und unser Anreiseauto konnte entspannt auf dem privaten Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Die Linie 1 ist sehr zu empfehlen. Für Umweltbewusste ist Wien ohnehin optimal, weil im Öpnv alles aufeinander abgestimmt ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Privatversorgung liegen 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Nach jedem erlebnisreichen Tag (wir hatten vier), war es immer sehr erholsam, in das Refugium von Judith zurückkehren zu können. Wir würden wieder kommen. Judith als Gastgeberin war immer sehr entgegenkommend und gut erreichbar.

Gospodarz zostawił bardzo jasne instrukcje odnośnie zameldowania. Wszystko było bardzo czyste, mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone, komunikacja bardzo dobra! Na pewno jeszcze kiedyś wrócimy!

Where do I begin… one of my favorite air. And b’s I have been to!! Olga met us to show us everything we needed to know and very quickly gave us our privacy, yet let us know she would be available-if we needed her-on Christmas eve! She allowed us to check in early which was huge for us. Her place is pristine condition and clean and even smells wonderful. Comfortable bed. Mirrors everywhere Amazing blowdryer! Plenty of toilet paper, shampoo and body wash Well functioning washing machine Refrigerator She bought us champagne! The best part is her place is about 15 minutes from everywhere you would want to go! She leaves local recommendations and helpful info for everything. Felt right at home If we come back to Vienna we certainly would book again!

Wir waren zu fünft (Familie) für 3 Übernahctungen. Sehr schöne großzügige moderne Unterkunft. Gut ausgestattet und sauber. Sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen: Tram, S-Bahn, Bus und Payuca-Parkhaus, Tankstelle und Lidl direkt vor der Tür. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse. Hausschuhe, Bademäntel für alle 5 vorhanden. Großes Bad mit Regendusche / getrennte Toilette. Moderne Küche, Zucker, Salz, Tee, Kaffee-Kapseln vorhanden. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: ein Toaster für die Küche wäre super). Spülmaschinentabs gab es keine aber wir mussten auch die Maschine nicht laufen lassen sondern nur am Schluss befüllen. Bei längeren Aufenthalten sollte man Tabs mitbringen (oder beim Lidl gegenüber kaufen). Check-In lief problemlos (ohne Schlüssel - mit Zugangs-Code). Dass wir erst um 11 Uhr auschecken mussten kam uns sehr gelegen! Insgeamt ruhiges Wohnhaus; konnten alle sehr gut schlafen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen - insbesondere für Familien mit 5-6 Personen.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants) dans l'appartement de Tatiana. L'appartement est vaste et propose tout le confort souhaité. Il y fait calme et est idéal pour une famille avec enfants. Sa localisation est très bonne pour se rendre dans le centre de Vienne à pied ou en tram. La communication avec Tatiana a été parfaite durant tout le séjour. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement ! Merci pour tout Tatiana !

Les indications données sont précises et efficaces : arrivée aisée dans le logement qui est très fonctionnel. Calme absolu durant la nuit et bon emplacement pour aller dans le centre où flâner sur les berges du canal. Les hôtes sont aux petits soins ! Merci à eux !

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein sehr schöner Garten, in dem Frau den Stadttrubel hinter sich lassen kann. In wenigen Minuten ist man an der Donau, mit ÖV schnell in der Stadt. Alles ist stilvoll und schön eingerichtet und Küche gut ausgestattet. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Tökéletes választás a szállás - mely csendes, nyugodt környéken található - egy pár napos soproni kiránduláshoz. Minden karnyújtásnyira van, tiszta, és rendezett környezettel. Az apartman igényes, mindennel jól felszerelt, a házigazda gondoskodó, segítőkész és előzékeny. Teljes volt a kikapcsolódás, köszönjük :)
